David Abelman joined the Tufts Health Plan family of companies in 1999. He now serves as the Executive Director of the Tufts Health Plan Foundation and as the Plan's Vice-President & Deputy General Counsel. As Executive Director, Mr. Abelman has senior responsibility for the operations and strategic activities of the Tufts Health Plan Foundation. Mr. Abelman oversees the Foundation's staff and all Foundation activities, including investments, grantmaking and administrative functions. Mr. Abelman received his bachelor of arts in economics from Brandeis University. He also received his juris doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Abelman is a member of the board of directors of the Marino Foundation for Integrative Medicine, Inc., and currently serves as chair of the Board's Audit Committee.

Kris Jensen is the vice president of corporate services for My Plan After 50. She joined My Plan after 8 years as the senior vice president of human resources for The Weitz Company, a $1.5 billion national commercial contractor. There she guided the board of directors through CEO succession of the employee-owned company, smoothly transitioning to the first non-construction CEO in the company's 152-year history. Prior to her work with Weitz, Jensen spent 18 years with The Principal Financial Group, an international financial services firm with more than $45 billion in assets. There she honed her craft as an HR professional by assuming the leadership of their employment, administrative, succession planning, training and development, Affirmative Action and diversity functions. She was the first female officer in the Human Resources department and the first de-centralized HR professional, transferring to the Investment department in 1994. Jensen has not only spent her extensive human resources career guiding people through their work lives but she also epitomizes those who continually reinvent themselves in their own careers. She has been an underwriter, a recruiter, a coach, a strategist and an entrepreneur. She has worked in such diverse industries as entertainment, financial services, construction, and criminal justice. Jensen's work with executives, managers and employees for more than 30 years has heightened her commitment to creating and sustaining productive workplaces. My Plan After 50 is the perfect way for her to continue that work.

Carla Jacobs is a founding board member of the Treatment Advocacy Center and has served two terms on the board of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill. Ms. Jacobs is a leading advocate for people with severe mental illnesses in California. As coordinator of the California Treatment Advocacy Coalition, she guided the successful grassroots campaign for passage of Assembly Bill 1421, known as "Laura's Law," which brought assisted outpatient treatment to our nation's most populous state. She is currently the executive director of Plan of California, an organization that provides treatment planning and services for individuals with severe mental illnesses.

Ann Scott is the parent of eighteen children, sixteen of whom are adopted and four of which have multiple handicaps. Ann has served the community in many ways during the past thirty plus years. She is the Co-founder of Plan Loving adoptions Now and held the Board Position of President and Vice President. She is currently the Executive Director of that non-profit organization. She has served for many years at The McMinnville Christian Center, Joint council on International Children's Services, McMinnville Safety Council, Oregon Council of Adoption agencies, Advisory Committee of Willamina Free Methodist Church, West Valley Academy and Advisory Committee Member of Chemeketa Community College. Beyond these many services to the greater Yamhill County community, Ann has served on a myriad of Boards and Committees.

Vickie is someone who finds and implements innovative solutions in the social sector. She is a recognized Canadian source of inspiration, innovative ideas and demonstrable solutions related to community, citizenship and disability. Vickie is a co-founder of PLAN and co-author of Safe and Secure - Six Steps to Creating a Personal Future Plan for People with Disabilities. As a past college instructor at Douglas College in New Westminster she designed a curriculum process for the preparation of caregivers that is being used in colleges and universities throughout British Columbia and is the founding Director of the Family Support Institute of British Columbia. She is currently focused on the development, dissemination and application of ideas, concepts and processes that promote a more engaged and caring citizenship. Her innovative approaches to leadership development, social network facilitation and social accounting are key ingredients in her work of taking social inventions to scale.

Ms. Garner is a certified medical case manager (CMC) and a certified vocational rehabilitation counselor (CRC). At PLAN, she has worked as volunteer Treasurer for three years, supervising the organization's spending, finances, and record-keeping. She also provides support to our care manager employees. Anita's interest in PLAN is a result of her sister's mental illness and mother's volunteering experience with PLAN of North Texas.

Elynne has worked at PLAN since 2002. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and a National Certified Counselor. She has a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelors in Psychology. Elynne has worked in the mental health field for over 13 years and is very dedicated to helping people. Elynne is also a musician and a photographer. She greatly enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, hiking with her dogs, and going on adventurous journeys.

Terri joined Plan On It in 2000 after many years of accounting experience with various companies in Mississippi and Louisiana. She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing, hotel and third party billing reconciliations, and meeting budget estimate vs. final budget analyses. Working with Plan On It Project Managers and hotel and accounting personnel, she is instrumental in recognizing and correcting billing disputes, thus passing on extensive cost efficiencies to our clients.

Pastor Tony is our full-time Executive Pastor. Tony works with our Leadership Team to implement the Biblical vision and Plan of SNC. Tony brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to us as he pastored for almost 20 years at Emmanuel Church in Burbank, CA. Tony has been a national leader in the sports ministry movement, and has served as an evangelism trainer; equipping churches associated with the Evangelical Free Church of America. Tony graduated from CSUN and Logos Bible Institute. He also teaches aerobic kickboxing in Burbank and Sunland (www.myspace.com/tonebo4u). Youmenar Herr joined PLAN in May 2007. A significant part of her work experience entails over five years of non-profit administration and bookkeeping. She enjoys helping people and believes that impacting lives positively is the greatest achievement of all. Youmenar is happily married and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and playing scrabble.

Don Johnston has over 25 years of venture capital experience. Currently, he serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Partner of Massey Burch Capital Corp. Since joining Massey Burch's predecessor in 1982, Don has worked primarily with early-stage information technology, wireless communications and health care service companies. Don is responsible for leading Massey Burch's investments in Inforum, PhyCor, @plan, and InnerWireless, among others. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Corphealth, InnerWireless, Inoveon, and Intrusion, Inc. Prior to Massey Burch, Don was President of InterFirst Venture Corporation, a venture capital subsidiary of InterFirst Bancshares, Inc. Overseas experience includes his position as an Executive Director of First Dallas, Ltd., a corporate finance group in London, England.
