Robert Mao is Chief Executive Officer of 3Com. He leads the company's global operations and strategy, including the company’s H3C business in China. Mr. Mao is a current member of the 3Com Board of Directors, and was most recently 3Com’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. Mao has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries.
Before joining 3Com, Mr. Mao was President and Chief Executive Officer of Greater China for Nortel Networks from September 1997 to May 2006 and Regional President of Greater China for Alcatel from September 1995 to September 1997. In these positions, he managed operations in the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
Mr. Mao also held senior managerial and technical positions at Alcatel and ITT in Asia and the United States. He is a past Vice Chairman (2003-2005) of the Board of Governors of the Pacific Telecommunication Council. He also serves on the Board of Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd., a wireless value-added services provider.
Mao holds a master’s degree from Cornell University in material science and metallurgical engineering and earned a master’s in management from MIT.

Ron Sege is President and Chief Operating Officer of 3Com. He is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations outside of China, accelerating the global adoption of products developed by the company’s H3C operations and ensuring the company provides world-class service and support to its customers and partners.
Before joining 3Com, Sege was President and CEO of Tropos Networks, a provider of wireless broadband networks, from 2004 to 2008. He is currently on Tropos' Board of Advisors. Prior to Tropos, Sege was President and CEO of Ellacoya Networks, Inc., a provider of broadband service optimization solutions based on deep packet inspection technology. During his career, Sege also served as Executive Vice President of Lycos, Inc., the Internet search engine. He previously spent nine years at 3Com Corporation, from 1989-1998, serving in a variety of senior management roles, including Executive Vice President, Global Systems Business Unit.
Sege is a frequent speaker on networking, financial, market and industry trends and issues at major trade shows and conferences around the world. He has more than 20 years of experience in managing high-growth businesses in the networking industry.
Sege holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Pomona College.

Neal D. Goldman is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Legal Officer and Secretary. He heads the legal department, acts as corporate secretary and directs 3Com's intellectual property program.
Neal also leads the company's management services function. This comprises security, environmental, health and safety (SEHS); worldwide real estate and site services (WRESS); executive communications; and corporate program management. Eric Benhamou is chairman and CEO of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. Mr. Benhamou is also the chairman of the board of directors of 3Com Corporation. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at Ben Gurion University. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com. In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987. In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Benhamou serves on the executive committee of TechNet. Between 2000 and August 2001, Mr. Ho was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Nortel Networks China Limited, the Chinese operating subsidiary of Canada-based Nortel Networks Corporation, a multinational telecommunications company. Between 1998 and 1999, Mr. Ho was the Vice President and General Manager of Nortel Networks China Limited's Greater China Wireless Solutions division. Gary T. DiCamillo was elected a director of Whirlpool Corporation in April 1997. He is chairman of the finance committee and a member of the audit committee of the board of directors.
Gary T. DiCamillo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Radia International, a group of privately held technical, professional and commercial staffing companies based in Dedham, Massachusetts. In this position since May, 2007, Mr. DiCamillo oversees seven staffing companies in the United States and Europe with revenues of over $1.6 Billion.
Prior to being named to this position, Mr. DiCamillo was President and Chief Executive Officer of American Crystal, the predecessor company of Radia International, since September, 2005. Before that, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of TAC Worldwide Companies which was acquired by American Crystal, since mid 2002.
Previously, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the Polaroid Corporation for nearly seven years. He also has served as President of Worldwide Power Tools and Accessories at Black & Decker Corporation and VP/General Manager for Culligan U.S.A., a division of Beatrice Corporation. He began his career in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble Co., followed by several years as a manager at McKinsey & Company.
Mr. DiCamillo is a board member of the Whirlpool Corporation, 3Com Corporation and The Sheridan Group, Inc. He serves on the boards of trustees at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the Museum of Science in Boston and the Massachusetts Business Roundtable.
Mr. DiCamillo is a 1975 graduate of Harvard Business School where he earned an MBA. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

James R. Long joined the 3Com board of directors in June of 2000.
Long retired from Nortel Networks on December 31, 1999 after a distinguished 35-year career in the high technology industry. From 1997-1999, Long served as executive vice president of Nortel Networks and president of Enterprise Solutions in Richardson, Texas. He served as executive vice president of Nortel Networks and president of Nortel World Trade from 1994-1997. From 1992-1994, he was senior vice president and president of Nortel Asia Pacific. From 1991-1992, Long served as vice president of Quality at Nortel. During his professional life he held senior management positions at Rolm Company and IBM in both the United States and abroad.
In addition to serving on the 3Com board of directors, Long is also a member of the board of NCR Corporation and Symon Communications. He has previously served on the boards of Williams Communication Solutions, Nortel-Matra Communications, U.S.-China Business Council, U.S.-Taiwan Business Council and Johns Hopkins University China Campus (Nanjing).
Long holds a bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Management from San Jose State University.
