Mr. Reichental was elected President and Chief Executive Officer effective September 19, 2003. Previously, he was employed by Sealed Air Corporation, a global manufacturer of food, protective and specialty packaging materials, for 22 years in various technical, marketing and operating positions, most recently serving as a corporate officer and Vice President and General Manager of the Shrink Packaging Division from May 2001 until September 2003 and from June 1999 until April 2001 as Vice President Asia-Pacific.

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Company. He has served as a director and in various executive positions with us for more than five years.

Damon Gregoire, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gregoire joined 3D Systems on May 1, 2007 from Datastream Systems Inc, where he served as divisional CFO and VP, Corporate Controller. Damon is a CPA and has a BS in Accounting and an M.B.A.

Lee Dockstader, Vice President and General Manager, Stereolithography Business Unit. Mr. Dockstader was named Vice President and General Manager in May 2007. He served as Senior Director of Stereolithography Products from August 2004 to May 2007. For more than seven years prior to August 2004, he served as a Vice-President, Asia.

Rajeev Kulkarni, Vice President, Global Engineering. Mr. Kulkarni was named Vice President in February 2007. He served as Director of Market Intelligence from June 2004 to February 2007. Prior to February 2004, he worked in various management and engineering positions for eight years.

Mr. Grace was elected Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary effective November 3, 2003. Previously, he was employed by Sealed Air Corporation for 22 years, most recently serving as a Special Counsel from 1996 to 2003 and previously as General Counsel and Secretary.

Mr. Goddard joined us on October 27, 2003 and was elected a Vice President effective December 9, 2004. Prior to joining us, he was employed by Sealed Air Corporation from May 2002 to October 2003 in various operational and manufacturing performance-improvement leadership roles. For the previous four years, he worked for McKinsey & Company, a business consulting firm.

Mr. Van Riper is an independent financial consultant and from January 2002 to June 2005 was Special Advisor to Sealed Air Corporation. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of that company. He is a director of Hubbell Incorporated, a manufacturer of electrical and electronics products.

Ms. Welke was elected a member of the Board of Directors on May 20, 2008 after being recommended for nomination to the Board of Directors by the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. She was initially identified as a candidate for election to the Board of Directors by an executive search firm retained by that Committee. She was appointed Chair of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors on July 23, 2008. There are no arrangements or understandings between Ms. Welke and any other person pursuant to which she was elected a director, and, prior to her election as a director, there were no relationships or transactions between her and the Company.

Dick is a general partner of KVP. He has been investing in and advising private companies for more than 30 years. Prior to KVP, Dick was Vice President and the first CFO at Portal Software (1997 - 1999), which grew from 10 to 120 employees during his tenure. Prior to Portal Software, he served as CFO for Fusion Medical Technologies, and was responsible for all aspects of the company's IPO. Before Fusion, Mr. Spalding was the head of West Coast investment banking for Alex. Brown and Sons, which included supervision of the firm's Japan office. Dick was with Alex. Brown between 1991 and 1996, during which time he and Jim were partners. Mr. Spalding joined Alex. Brown, after a fourteen-year tenure at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, where he co-founded the firm's Palo Alto office, which grew from 2 to over 100 lawyers. He specialized in representing biotechnology companies, including IDEC Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Gen Pro, Inc., and Xoma, Inc., among others. He was previously an observer to the board at Align Technology [NASDAQ: ALGN], and currently serves as an observer to the board at Kai Pharmaceuticals and RoxRo Pharma and is a director at Emphasys Medical and SpinalMotion. Dick is a co-founder of SpinalMotion. He holds an A.B. with honors from Harvard College, and a J.D. with honors from Columbia Law School.
