Angelina Lemon is a Senior Test Engineer in the Wireless Mobile Systems Division at Freescale Semiconductor in Austin, TX. She has a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from Kansas State University.

Rick Beale brings to JamTech a breadth of engineering experience in mixed signal and embedded systems technologies, and broad skills in marketing, sales, business development and operations. Before joining JamTech, Rick was VP of Sales and Marketing at RF Magic in San Diego, CA, with primary focus on broadband RF solutions for consumer products. His successful track record includes building and managing businesses in technology startups like Legerity, Bandspeed and Surgient Networks as well as working within large corporations like Agere and Freescale. With over 25 years of high technology experience, he has led system-on-a-chip product developments, managed international business relationships, negotiated and managed multi-million dollar contracts and built effective organizations for marketing and business operations. Rick also spent 10 years with AT&T Bell Labs as a Member of the Technical Staff, designing mixed signal integrated circuits for communication systems. Rick holds a BSEE from the University of Virginia, an MSEE from Stanford University and an MBA from Wharton.
