S. Andrew Efstathiou was elected Secretary/Treasurer for USO of New England in September of 2003. It is a volunteer position from which he is not compensated. Mr. Efstathiou is a Program Manager of the Yankee Group of Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Efstathiou is a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. Andrew is a Trustee for the Massachusetts State House Library and a former member of the State Board of Library Commissioners. He is also an evaluator for the Innovations in American Government program.

Anton Denissov is an analyst at Yankee Group. Denissov focuses on broadband video market, studying the evolution, propagation and consumption of over-the-top content. Denissov also researches the impact of evolving broadband video services on the traditional video-entertainment value chain and strategic responses of the incumbent market players. Before joining Yankee Group, he worked at Fraunhofer CMI, a multinational research and development company, specializing in IT system design. Denissov holds a dual B.A. degree in economics and computer science from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Boston University's Graduate School of Management.

Colin Bennett is an analyst at Yankee Group with expertise in the Latin America region. He focuses on how connectivity and technology issues affect Latin American countries, in particular the Southern Cone region of South America. Prior to joining Yankee Group, Bennett worked as a journalist for Business News Americas covering information technology and telecommunications in Latin America, with an emphasis on the wireless industry, fixed-line telephony, regulation and enterprise solutions. Originally from Iowa, Bennett received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa in Studio Art, focusing particularly on photography and new media. He has worked in a variety roles in several US companies and organizations ranging from chemical decontamination operations in the US Army to video production for a city government television station. Bennett is based in Santiago, the capital of Chile. He is fluent in Spanish.

George Hamilton is the director of Yankee Group's Enabling Technologies Enterprise group with an expertise in IT service and infrastructure orchestration and application delivery. Hamilton studies the development and marketing of virtualization technologies, utility computing, application delivery platforms and service-oriented management strategies. Specifically, he examines the impact of ubiquitous enterprise connectivity and virtualization technology on enterprise data center operations and application delivery. He helps clients make decisions regarding the use of virtualization technology, IT service and systems resource management to improve data center efficiency and the performance and availability of distributed applications and IP communications. Before joining Yankee Group, Hamilton worked as a product marketing manager in the Hosting and eServices Consulting group of Genuity, where he developed positioning and market plans for Genuity's managed services focusing on operations, monitoring, network and infrastructure performance reporting and service-level agreements. He also worked as a sales engineer and sales representative within Genuity's Managed Hosting and eBusiness Consulting teams. Before Genuity, Hamilton was a sales representative at Sybase, Inc., where he sold enterprise database software and application development tools. Hamilton also worked for Computer Associates as a product marketing manager in Emerging Technologies. Hamilton holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Northeastern University and an M.S. degree in computer information systems from Bentley College's McCallum Graduate School of Business.

Tom Dwyer leads Yankee Group's Business Application and Application Infrastructure practice, which covers Enterprise Business Applications, B2B, Enterprise Application Integration, Business Process Management and Application Development and Deployment. As an industry analyst for the past six years, Mr. Dwyer has conducted primary research and published extensive reports on the Application Software Infrastructure markets. He provides consulting services in the formulation and validation of go-to-market strategies for Application Software Infrastructure suppliers. His prior experience in product development and marketing, channel development and expansion, direct and OEM sales, and professional services assists clients in choosing the appropriate strategies and business approaches.

Vanessa Alvarez is an associate analyst at Yankee Group. Alvarez advises enterprises and service providers on best practices and technologies for guaranteeing and managing the quality and reliability of distributed applications and IP services. Specifically, she examines the market drivers and the economic justification and critical technologies used for the testing, monitoring and management of converged networks, next generation architectures, and enhanced IP communications and services. Her coverage area includes network and performance management, mobile device management and security management. Previously, Alvarez was a research associate in Yankee Group's Wireless/Mobile Technologies Decision Service, where she conducted research on mobile device management platforms and their deployment strategies for operators, IT vendors and device manufacturers. She also covered broader aspects of mobile operational support systems and service delivery architectures. Alvarez holds a B.A. degree in political science from Rhode Island College and is fluent in Spanish.
