George W. Buckley became 3M Chairman, President and Chief Executive Office effective December 7, 2005. Prior to this appointment, he had been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation since June 2000. Before joining Brunswick in 1997, he was with Emerson Electric Co. in St. Louis, serving as President of the U.S. Electric Motors Division, and the Automotive and Precision Motors Division. Before his successful tenure at Emerson, George was Managing Director (President) of the Central Services Division of the British Railways Board in the U.K. In addition to 3M, George serves on the board of Black & Decker and is also on the board of trustees at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minn. George did joint study at the Universities of Southampton and Huddersfield in the United Kingdom, from which he was awarded a Ph.D. in Engineering. George also holds a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an honorary D.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Huddersfield.

Jennifer Ho joined HighJump Software in 2002 and has more than 10 years of experience in human resource management. In her previous role as HighJump Software Director of Human Resources, she successfully led human resource integration efforts during 3M's acquisition of the company. Ms. Ho has also implemented new processes to improve overall quality service levels within the Human Resources department. Prior to joining HighJump Software, she held positions at technology firms SPS Commerce and The Packaging Department, as well as with advertising agency Bozell Kamstra, a True North Company. Ms. Ho holds a Bachelor of Science in human resource management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Responsibility: As Account Supervisor, Anna- Maria is instrumental in overseeing the day to day operation of the account and development of the marketing plan. Anna-Maria supervises the Grand Junction Visitor and Convention Bureau and the Grand County Colorado Tourism Board accounts as well as Internet clients in Vail and Taos, New Mexico. Two years with AGENCY.COM in Client Services/Account management. Primary Account Manager on Sprint Loyalty and Sprint College one of AGENCY.COM's largest clients. Account manager of 3M, TVG, StoreRunner, American Legends and GMAC. Specialty areas are branding/ positioning, tracking, reporting and research.

Clark I. Bright (President): Clark Bright is a Senior Staff Scientist and Group Technical Leader with 3M Corp., Tucson. He is a member and supporter of nonprofit organizations including the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Friends of Western Art, Museum of Northern Arizona, Tucson Botanical Gardens, and Tucson Museum of Art.

Dale Wheeler has more than 30 years' experience specializing in real estate development, disposition, acquisition, and leasing. At Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Dale is responsible for providing brokerage services, strategic planning and asset management to clients. One of his principal assignments has been the management of the Banning-Lewis Ranch: a 22,000-acre master-planned community in Colorado Springs, for offshore investors. Dale recently completed this assignment by brokering the sale of this major strategic asset. Formerly with Palmer McAllister, Dale was the Company's Top Producer in 2001, and named again to Palmer McAllister's President's 500 Club. Dale's list of clients includes 3M, Banning-Lewis Ranch Corporation, Cedarwood Development, Lockheed Martin, Northgate, Fountain Valley School, and Union Pacific Resources Corporation. While specializing in land, his brokerage expertise also includes office and industrial leasing and sales. When he joined Frederick Ross Company as a Director in the Ross Consulting Group, Dale folded in Wheeler & Associates, a real estate consulting firm, offering management and advisory services to corporate, institutional and investor clients. Prior to establishing Wheeler & Associates, Dale served as Director of Corporate Real Estate for the Johns Manville Corporation and President of Johns Manville Properties Corporation. He was responsible for all real estate asset management and development, including the 10,000-acre Ken-Caryl Ranch master-planned community in Denver.

Mr. Dalmolen joined Valletta Ritson & Company in 1999 charged with leading the company's Operations and Business Development strategy. His experience and network within academic and industry associations has been critical to Valletta Ritson & Company's continued growth over the last five years. Hans has served as the lead engagement consultant on many critical searches with a frequent focus in software, electronics, biotechnology and consumer products. Functionally, Hans has lead a number of Engineering, Marketing and Operations engagements. In addition to providing invaluable project management expertise on many assignments, Hans manages day-to-day operations for Valletta Ritson & Company's in house research and recruiting teams. Prior to joining Valletta Ritson & Company, Hans held key positions within the software and marketing industries. His expertise includes consulting and work with companies including The CBORD Group, 3M, Siemens, Corning Incorporated and Celera Genomics as well as advisory posts with start ups in the venture capital and telecommunications industries. As principal for Public Strategies, Inc. from 1994 until 2000, Laura was responsible for public advocacy campaigns for Southwestern Bell's five-state region as well as Pacific Bell. She also was responsible for advocacy and mobilization campaigns for electric industry deregulation, home equity reform and a variety of consumer protection, healthcare and education issues. Her work was remarkably successful and provided the foundation for legislation such as the Texas Telecommunications Act of 1995 and passage of Texas home equity reform.

Martin Stuart has more than 17 years of experience in international sales and marketing management, and product development. Prior to joining Aperio, Dr. Stuart was vice president of sales and services for Entropia Inc., a desktop grid computing company focused on the Life Sciences market. He has also served as vice president, business development and vice president, sales and marketing for Tripos Inc. a multi-faceted discovery research organization serving the pharmaceutical and biotech market. Previous positions include an extensive scientific tenure with the 3M Company.

Herbert L. Henkel was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited in May 2000. Also, he retains his previous titles of president and chief executive officer of the company. Henkel came to Ingersoll Rand in April 1999 from Textron, Inc. where he was president and chief operating officer. Previously, he was president of Textron’s Industrial Products segment. Before that, he was group vice president with responsibility for Textron’s industrial segment. From 1987 to 1993, he was president of Greenlee Textron, a maker of tools for wire and cable installation and maintenance. Before joining Textron, Henkel was president and chief operating officer of Southern Fastening Systems and Unifast Industries, Inc. He had previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company and Hilti, Inc. Henkel holds a bachelor of science degree in aerospace engineering and applied mechanics and a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnic University. Also, he holds a master’s degree in business administration and an honorary doctorate degree in commercial science from Pace University. He is a director of C. R. Bard Inc. and 3M Company.

Linda G. Alvarado has been president and chief executive officer of Alvarado Construction, Inc., a commercial general contractor, construction management, design and build, development and property management company, since 1978. Ms. Alvarado currently serves as a director of 3M Company, Pepsi Bottling Group, Lennox International and Pitney Bowes, Inc. Ms. Alvarado earned a bachelor's degree from Pomona College.
