Ken Minton was appointed to the board of Elementis as a non-executive Director in June 2005. Ken has served on the board of several FTSE250 companies, including ten years as Chief Executive of Laporte PLC. Ken is currently a non-executive Director of Tomkins PLC, Solvay SA, the Belgian multinational chemical and pharmaceuticals group and PayPoint PLC.
