Lawrence Glascott serves on the Company's Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. He is a founder, co-owner and President of Megatoys, Inc., a toy and general merchandise manufacturer and import/export company headquartered in Los Angeles that he founded in 1989.
