Lawrence Glascott serves on the Company's Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Glascott has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of General Finance Corporation since November 2005. Before Mr. Glascott retired in 1996, he had been Vice President Finance of Waste Management International, an environmental services company, since 1991. He is a founder, co-owner and President of Megatoys, Inc., a toy and general merchandise manufacturer and import/export company headquartered in Los Angeles that he founded in 1989. Megatoys operates buying, logistics and export facilities in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as warehouse and distribution facilities in the U.S. Mr. Woo was instrumental in the redevelopment of the downtown Los Angeles area now known as the “toy district”, and has served as an advisor on international trade to the City of Los Angeles.
