Brazil Fast Food, through its holding in Brazil, 22N Participações Ltda., and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Venbo Comércio de Alimentos Ltda., is a Brazilian limited liability company that conducts business under the trade name Bob's, and owns and operates, directly and through franchisees, a chain of fast food hamburger restaurants in Brazil. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. had 517 points of sale, including 181 kiosks and trailers, of which 61 are owned and operated by Co. and the remaining 456 by its franchisees. All Co.'s points of sale serve a uniform menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, french fries, soft drinks, juices, desserts, ice creams and milkshakes.
