Digi International provides commercial device connectivity through network-enabling devices in stores, factories, office buildings, banks, gas stations, oil rigs, hospitals and other environments. Co. develops products and technologies to connect and manage local or remote electronic devices over the network or via the Internet. Co.'s products include embedded and non-embedded products, which are sold globally through, among others, distributors, systems integrators and direct marketers as well as direct strategic original equipment manufacturers, goverment and commercial partners. At Sep 30 2007, Co.'s products were available through approximately 285 distributors in more than 69 countries.
