The Electronics Group, which is comprised of its Orbit Instrument Division and its Tulip Development Laboratory, Inc. subsidiary; and The Power Group, comprised of its Behlman Electronics, Inc. subsidiary. The Electronics Group designs, manufactures and sells customized panels, components, and subsystems for contract program requirements to prime contractors, governmental procurement agencies and research and development laboratories.
