Pepsi Bottling Group is a manufacturer, seller and distributor of Pepsi-Cola beverages including, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina, Lipton, Sierra Mist, Diet Mountain Dew, Tropicana juice drinks, SoBe and Starbucks FrappuccinoŽ. In addition, in some of its territories, Co. has the right to manufacture, sell and distribute soft drink products of companies other than PepsiCo, such as Dr Pepper and Squirt. As of Dec 29 2007, Co. had the right to manufacture, sell and distribute Pepsi-Cola beverages in all or a portion of 41 states and the District of Columbia in the U.S., nine Canadian provinces, Spain, Greece, Russia, Turkey and all or a portion of 23 states in Mexico.
