All of Co.'s activities are conducted by Southwest Georgia Bank (the Bank), which provides customary banking services such as consumer and commercial checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and lines of credit. The Bank also finances commercial and consumer transactions, makes secured and unsecured loans, and provides other banking services. The Bank has a trust and investment division and also operates Southwest Georgia Insurance Services Division. Empire, a subsidiary of the Bank, is a commercial mortgage banking firm.
