Ken Richard joined Makepeace in 2004 as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously Mr. Richard served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Berkshire Realty Holdings & Berkshire Realty Co., Inc. Prior to that, he was with The Beacon Companies and The Codman Company, where he also served as Vice President and CFO. Mr. Richard lives in Medfield with his family and, time permitting, enjoys playing a round of golf.

Mr. Kelleher has 20 years of experience in the real estate and home building industries. Prior to joining the Makepeace team in 2006, he was New England division president for Toll Brothers Inc., where he worked for 10 years. He lives in Holliston with his wife and 2-year-old son. He is a self-described avid motorcycle racer with a deep competitive streak.

Jim Kane is responsible for real estate development and land acquisition operations inclusive of land use evaluation, planning, and regulatory permitting. He is also responsible for corporate strategic planning and government relations. Mr. Kane is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, and holds an MPA from Clark University. He and his wife, Hannah, have three children.

George Rogers has been with the Makepeace organization since 1975, where he currently serves as Vice President of Operations, which includes the cranberry and sand & gravel divisions. Mr. Rogers has taken many courses over the years in order to keep abreast of changes in the industry. A native of Wareham, Mr. Rogers spent eighteen years serving as a call firefighter. He serves as 1st Vice President of the Cape Cod Cranberry Association and in his spare time enjoys salt water fishing. He has three daughters and currently lives in Sandwich.

Judith Kohn joined Makepeace in 2004 as Director of Planning for Plymouth, having most recently served as Manager of Environmental Planning and Landscape Architecture at HNTB Corporation. Prior to that she served as Environmental Coordinator at Massachusetts Development Finance Agency in their Devens office. Ms. Kohn graduated cum laude from Delaware Valley College and received her MLA from Cornell University. She resides in Marshfield, and at Makepeace she is continuing to pursue her objective of creating environmentally responsive, sustainable development projects.

Linda Burke joined the Makepeace team in September, 2004 as Director of Community Relations. A graduate of the Boston University School of Public Communication, Ms Burke previously worked for the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency as grants manager, securing some $15 million in public and private grants for community development projects throughout the Commonwealth. She lives with her two stepchildren and husband Paul Latino in Holden, where they own a personal training and fitness center.

Louis Lemmertz has been with A.D. Makepeace for close to 30 years and serves as Cultural Supervisor for the organization. He holds a pesticide license and continually attends classes to keep up to date on any changes in the industry. A native of Wareham, Mr. Lemmertz's years of experience in growing cranberries is invaluable to the organization. He enjoys spending time with his daughters and granddaughter.

Mark Bartlett came to Makepeace in 2002 as Manager of the Materials Division, having served as Manager of one of Boston Sand & Gravel's companies. Prior to that, Mr. Bartlett served as Operation Manager at A.A. Will Materials (Lakeville) and McCabe Sand & Gravel. Mr. Bartlett resides in Lakeville with his wife and three sons. He enjoys playing golf and spending time fishing and other activities with his sons.

Steve Sabourin has been with Makepeace since 1975 and serves as Maintenance Superintendent for the Company. Mr. Sabourin is a trained automotive technician and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Auto Tech Shop at Upper Cape Technical School. He resides in Wareham with his wife, Michele, where they enjoy family activities with their son. Mr. Sabourin has served for 8 years on the Christian Education Committee at his church.
