Our mission at A.G. Ferrari Foods for more than 80 years has been to share our passion for food and wine in the tradition of my Italian-born grandfather, Annibale Giovanni Ferrari, and his family. Our products, which range from artisan olive oils and balsamic vinegars, to rustic pastas and sauces, are carefully selected to represent the quality and diversity of Italy's 20 regions. We are dedicated to finding Italy's "artigiani," small, artisanal producers who are passionate about what they do. I travel to Italy several times a year to meet artisan producers and scout out new products. Most of these artisans have generations of commitment to making the best, most authentic products possible, using traditional production techniques. For the products that we make in our own kitchens, we are committed to using only the best ingredients and to cooking them just like the artigiani back in Italy. We are fanatical about both quality and authenticity and dedicated to sharing our passion for great Italian food with you.
