Ron Nissen is the former Vice President Pacific of Motorola Asia Pacific and the former CEO/COO of major telecommunications company AAPT, Vice President Government and Commercial of UNISYS Europe Africa Division and member of the Novell and Oracle advisory boards. With over 25 years experience as a lead executive of major technology and telecommunications companies, Ron brings a wealth of experience and a strong international network of senior management to bear to support the rapid and managed growth of the enterprise.

Joe Button is head of the Materials & Pavements Division of the Texas Transportation Institute (TTI). He has been with TTI since 1968 in many capacities. He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Button has served as principal investigator more than 70 asphalt pavement-related research projects, which total almost $10,000,000. He has taught short courses in pavement maintenance, asphalt technology, and benefits of asphalt additives. He has authored or co-authored more than 80 published papers and more than 100 research reports. He has presented his work at more than 75 research conferences at state, national, and international levels (including 27 invited lectures). Button is an active member of AAPT, TRB, and ASTM. He is currently chairman of TRB Committee on General Issues on Asphalt Pavements (A2D05). He is past chair of ASTM Subcommittee on Analysis of Bituminous Mixtures of Committee D04.25 (1992-99). He is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
