As Senior Vice President of Data Management Services, Bob Fetter leads the efforts around Abacus' data management offerings including dbEDGE, ClearEDGE and ChannelView , as well as drives the development of the company's complete portfolio of data management solutions. Fetter has nearly 20 years experience in database marketing, helping design over 150 databases for major business-to-consumer and business-to-business companies. Bryan Myers serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Abacus. He manages the provision of all legal services to Abacus, both domestic and international, and also provides counsel for Abacus' business operations and privacy efforts. Prior to joining Epsilon Data Management, LLC, Myers acted as corporate counsel to TVG Network, a subsidiary of Gemstar-TV Guide, Inc, providing a wide range of legal services and business counseling in support of TVG's domestic and international technology-based operations. Myers also served two years as an associate at Holme Roberts & Owen in Denver and two additional years as an associate at Ballard Spahr Andrews and Ingersoll in Washington, D.C. Myers practiced in real estate finance and development, commercial finance, and corporate transactions. Currently, Myers is the President of the Boulder Day Nursery Association (a non-profit whose mission is the provision of child care for children of limited-resource families in the greater Boulder community), and the immediate past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Technology Law and Policy Section. Myers was previously the Chairperson of the Licensing Authority of Louisville, Colorado. Myers holds a J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S.B.A, cum laude, in finance from Georgetown University.

Paul Imbierowicz is the Vice President of Market Strategy at Abacus and is responsible for analyzing and understanding the needs of multi-channel merchants and developing service and product strategies to address the evolving requirements of the market. Imbierowicz joined Abacus in 1997 as Vice President for Abacus Direct Retail Services.
