As Senior Vice President of Data Management Services, Bob Fetter leads the efforts around Abacus' data management offerings including dbEDGE, ClearEDGE and ChannelView , as well as drives the development of the company's complete portfolio of data management solutions. Fetter has nearly 20 years experience in database marketing, helping design over 150 databases for major business-to-consumer and business-to-business companies. Also well versed in multi-channel campaign management, he helped design and build next generation campaign management systems for retail, catalog, financial and insurance companies. Other accomplishments include developing online channel strategies, including email, search and affiliate, for multichannel merchants. He also has served at EDS and as the CMO for ClientLogic, a top five global Business Process Outsourcing provider.

As Senior Vice President of Alliance Data Services, Casey Carey is responsible for the product management, product development and production operations behind Abacus products, such as FastPath, and new modeling strategies that drive better direct marketing results. He previously served as Abacus' vice president of marketing and was responsible for conceiving, developing, and executing corporate and product marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets. Carey has more than fifteen years of experience gained at both technology start-ups and leading direct marketing service providers, including his role as Vice President of Marketing at PeakEffects, an enterprise marketing B-to-B software provider.

Alice Solomon is a Vice President with Abacus Technology Corporation located in Lexington, MA. She is responsible for Abacus Technology's Systems Integration and Physical Security business areas.

Dave Davoren is a Vice President with Abacus Technology Corporation at Lexington, MA, he manages TEMS and SETA support contracts at ESC. In addition, he established an office in Georgia to support the F-15 Eagle acquisition program office for all Information Technology (IT) needs. This operation designed, installed, and currently maintains the F-15 Local Area Network (LAN) for a campus of seventeen buildings and eight hundred Government personnel. Wide Area Network (WAN) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) requirements were also defined, solutions proposed, systems installed, and long term operation and maintenance support established. In addition to assisting USAF personnel, IT support is provided to USAF foreign military sales customers such as Israel and Japan. As VP of Human Resources, Shelly Voecks oversees all HR functions including staffing and recruitment of talented and committed employees for all Abacus locations. In addition, she is responsible for talent planning and fostering Abacus' unique culture and values. Previously, Voecks served as Vice President, Human Resources for Blue Dot Inc., a subsidiary of Northwestern Corporation. During her tenure there, Voecks provided HR leadership for multiple US locations and was instrumental in organizational restructuring. Prior to joining Blue Dot, Voecks worked for Eaton Corporation, a global, diversified industrial manufacturer. During her tenure from 1995-2002, Voecks held a variety of HR positions. In addition to her HR experience, Voecks served 3 years as Customer Support Manager for the largest division of Eaton and gained significant business experience outside of the HR function.

As Vice President Data Performance, Sherri Hammons focuses on the integrity of Abacus' data assets and ways to improve performance for Abacus clients. Hammons also leads Abacus' Operational Excellence efforts to drive greater efficiencies across Abacus' business operations. Previously, Hammons served as Technical Director responsible for the software applications that process data on the Abacus Alliance. Prior to joining Abacus, Hammons was a software engineer for a direct marketing service bureau and oversaw multi-channel marketing databases development.

Tim Bashara was the Director for Secure Information Systems for the Secure Networks business within the Network Centric Systems segment of Raytheon Company. Encompassing all aspects of Information Assurance, Secure Networks performs a variety of projects with the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, and commercial customers. Tim oversaw performance on the largest program presently in progress within Secure Information Systems. It is the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), for which Raytheon provides design, certification and accreditation, and operation of all Information Assurance systems. Tim joined Raytheon/E-Systems in February 1992 where he served as Vice President of Business Development responsible for strategic planning, marketing and proposal development and capture for all businesses. Prior to joining Raytheon, Tim was the Director of Business Development for Rockwell Collins in Richardson, Texas.

Keith Jones is European Managing Director at Abacus, the leading data cooperative in the UK, and has been involved in data analytics for over 15 years.

Mike Wang is a Principal Member and Oklahoma City Site Manager with Abacus Technology Corporation. Mr. Wang has progressive and specialized experience in communication software and hardware, federal systems acquisition, computer systems engineering, project and operations management, systems analysis, and software development. He supports numerous C4 communication efforts. These include: LANS, surveillance systems, encryption systems, air traffic control, radio communication systems, fiber optic and copper cabling, and telephone switch systems. He received his M. S. in Industrial Technology B. S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Karen Quinlan is a Principal Member at Abacus Technology and is responsible for the Florida and Mississippi Field Operations.
