Mr. Hinson served as a consultant to Univision Communications Inc., a Spanish language media company in the United States from July 2005 to December 2005. Mr. Hinson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Univision Communications from March 2004 to June 2005. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Univision Radio, the radio division of Univision Communications, from September 2003 to March 2004. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Hinson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation, which was acquired by Univision Communications in 2003 and became the radio division of Univision Communications. Anna Brunelle was named Chief Financial Officer in September 2008 and is responsible for financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury, purchasing, internal audit, financial reporting and planning. At TiVo, Jim sets the technical vision for the company, including our product, service and partnership roadmaps. In addition to responsibility for all product development, his special area of emphasis is on the software and digital video streaming technologies behind the TiVo Service. Prior to co-founding TiVo, Jim was President and CEO of Network Age Software, Inc., a company he founded to develop software products targeted at managed electronic distribution. The concepts he developed at Network Age form the foundation of the TiVo Personal TV Service. Jim began his executive career at SGI, holding a position as Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Software Division, and continued with executive roles in both operational management and R&D organizations within the company. While at SGI, he became the lead system software architect of the Full Service Network in Orlando, Florida, in which he worked to develop the only large-scale interactive television system to be put into operational service. He also served as CTO of Interactive Digital Solutions Company, a joint venture of Silicon Graphics and AT&T Network Systems created to develop interactive television systems. Prior to joining SGI, Jim held technical and management positions at Hewlett-Packard and Bell laboratories in the areas of operating system and networking technology and product development. Jim holds a B.S.E.E. and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mark A. A Silicon Valley native, Nancy Kato is one of the region's most experienced Human Resources professionals. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at TiVo, Nancy is responsible for developing and managing all processes and policies in regard to employee relations, recruiting and hiring, performance assessment and compensation as well as employee and organizational development. Nancy joins TiVo from Hewlett-Packard, where she served as Vice President of Global Compensation. At HP, Nancy developed strategic compensation and planning for the company's 150,000 worldwide employee base. Prior to her role at HP, Nancy was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Ariba. She has also held senior roles at Compaq and Tandem. Nancy earned her BS in Health Sciences and MA in Education and Counseling from San Jose State University. Before that Brian held leadership positions at Moxi/Rearden Steel Technologies (now Digeo), Pinnacle Systems (now Avid) and Abekas Video Systems. In these roles, Brian led the delivery of industry-leading video products to the professional and consumer markets. Brian has also held software engineering positions in the real-time computing and workstation markets. Brian holds a B.S. in Decision and Information Sciences from Santa Clara University.

Davina has been involved in the entertainment and satellite industry for over a decade. Davina joined TiVo in October 2000 to lead the TiVo launch in the UK working with BSkyB based in London. She then transitioned back to the United States to play a key role, as Vice President of National Advertising Sales, building TiVo's advertising and audience measurement business. Before joining TiVo, Davina held marketing and business development roles at Buena Vista Home Entertainment and DIRECTV. As a marketing executive at DIRECTV she supported the launch of the satellite service in the United States. To extend her international experience, Davina joined Galaxy Latin America to lead the launch of DIRECTV throughout Latin America as a Marketing and Sales executive.

Margret Schmidt is Vice President of User Experience at TiVo. In such capacity she serves in the role of chief design officer, responsible for TiVo's TV, PC, Mac, Web, and mobile experiences. Her team works across all divisions of the company ensuring a fun, easy-to-use, and consistent TiVo experience for all consumer, operator, and international TiVo DVRs, and tivo.com. Margret has been with TiVo since 2001. Margret holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley. She has a 2006 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Interactive Television, and was a contestant on the BBC kid's show Beat the Boss. Stuart West has served as Vice President, Finance since November 2002. On April 13, 2006, we announced that Mr. West would serve as
Acting Chief Financial Officer, effective April 17, 2006. He had served as Director of Finance from October 2001 to November 2002 and as a
consultant from December of 2000 to October 2001. Prior to joining TiVo in December 2000, Mr. West was a business development executive
at venture-backed Silicon Valley software and service startups. Prior to that, Mr. West was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where he managed
mergers, IPO’s, and other financings for technology companies. Mr. West’s other work experience includes Texas Instruments, the U.S. State
Department, and the White House. He holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and completed the Stanford Business School’s Executive
Program for Growing Companies.

Tara Maitra serves as Vice President, General Manager of Programming for TiVo. In this role, Maitra is responsible for cultivating relationships with content companies and unique content offerings for delivery via broadband. Previously, Maitra served as Senior Director of content development at Comcast, where she was responsible for day-to-day operations of Select on Demand, a collection of new niche non-linear networks delivered via video on-demand and broadband. Maitra helped to create new channels through partnerships, acquisitions and original programming. Prior to Comcast, Maitra was Executive Vice President, General Manager of Primedia Digital Video, where she developed on-demand and broadband video businesses for Primedia's established print franchises. Her accomplishments include launching video services on Comcast and Real Networks.

Jeffrey Klugman was named Senior Vice President and General Manager, Service Provider and Advertising Products Division in April 2005. Mr. Klugman had served as Vice President of Technology Licensing from December 2001 until February 2004 and Vice President, TiVo Platform Business from February 2004 until April 2005. Prior to joining TiVo, Mr. Klugman was CEO of PointsBeyond.com, an internet-portal start-up focused on outdoor activities and adventures. In 1999, Mr. Klugman was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Quantum Corporation s Consumer Electronics Business Unit. Mr. Klugman holds a B.S. degree in engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford Business School.

Prior to joining TiVo, Mr. Danovitz was Vice President at Global Alliance Partners (GAP) – an international consulting firm that assists companies entering new markets between the U.S. and Asia – where he served as a consultant for TiVo, and was a core member of the TiVo licensing project for nearly three years resulting in significant contracts, including: Toshiba, Pioneer and Toshiba Semiconductor. Before GAP, Mr. Danovitz held executive roles in both start-up and large enterprise companies, including a role as Vice President at LINC Computer Japan, where he played an integral role in the acquisition by Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
Mr. Danovitz holds degrees in both political science and Japanese, in which he is fluent, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and studied at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.

Paul is the founder of Steel Bridge Software and a long time technologist who held key positions with Mace Software, Outhink and TiVo. At TiVo he participated in TiVo's service launch and initial public offering. Paul is generally credited with creating, along with Peter Norton, the desktop utilities business, later acquired by Symantec. Over the past two years, he supervised the re-architecting and redevelopment of a web-based enterprise healthcare benefits management system.

Geoff Yang is a founding partner of Redpoint Ventures. Prior to founding Redpoint, Geoff was a general partner with IVP, a firm he joined in 1987. Geoff emphasizes investments in consumer media and infrastructure. His media and advertising investments include Ask Jeeves, Excite, MySpace and TiVo. His networking investments include BigBand, Calix, Foundry Networks, Juniper Networks, MMC Networks and Wellfleet. He currently serves on the Board of TiVo (TIVO). His privately-held company board seats include: Azul Systems, BigBand Networks, Calix, Gaia Online, Efficient Frontier, Fanfare, M2Z Networks and Oodle. In addition, Geoff was founding director or previously led investments in Agile Networks, Applied Digital Access, Centillion, Collabra, Crescendo, Golfweb, JotSpot, Netcore Systems, Netlink, Promatory, Rapid City, Shasta Networks, Synernetics, and Whitetree. Geoff served on the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC); and was a Director of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and Director and past President of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists (WAVC). Prior to joining IVP, Geoff was an Associate with First Century Partners where he had specialized in communications and software investments. Tom Wolzien currently serves as Chairman of Wolzien LLC, a firm he founded in 2005 which provides consulting and advisory services to leading companies in the media and communications industries and related fields. Prior to that, Mr. Wolzien was a senior sell-side media analyst at Wall Street research firm, Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., where he covered large, publicly traded media and cable companies. Prior to that, Mr. Wolzien worked at NBC in numerous positions of increasing responsibility including White House Field Producer, Executive Producer, News Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Cable and Business Development. He began his career in 1968 as a news reporter and photographer at local television stations in Denver, Green Bay, and St. Louis. After completing Army Officer Candidate School, Mr. Wolzien ran a unit of combat photographers in Vietnam. Mr. Wolzien has also been awarded multiple patents for his inventions linking mass media and the web and holds a B.A. degree in Mass Communications from the University of Denver.
