Frank is responsible for managing two divisions, Domestic Collections, and Outsourcing Solutions, as well as the company's clerical/administrative staff. He is charged with bringing continuous innovation to the departments he now oversees in order to meet ABC-Amega's clients' needs and ensure the company's operational competitiveness.

Julian heads the International Sales and Marketing team for ABC-Amega with a particular focus on the Asian markets. His responsibilities include global strategic planning, directing overseas offices, public and customer relations, client education and assisting ABC-Amega's international collection department. Julian supervises sales representatives in Vietnam, Korea and China and has successfully initiated the development of marketing and educational strategies of value to Asian clients. He has also conducted numerous seminars and credit management training programs in the United States and Asia. His educational background includes graduation from medical school in China in 1992 and an MBA from the University of California at Irvine. Julian has served as a lecturer for various seminar organizers, such as Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the China Chamber of Commerce, among others.

Riki-Lee Ritz received a B.A. in French language and literature and is a bilingual account executive in the international department at ABC-Amega. She manages claims in Europe as well as francophone countries in Africa and the Caribbean and has achieved the designation CCAA Certified Senior Collection Professional.
