Leslee K. Herro, 46, has been Executive Vice President Planning and Allocation of A&F since May 2004. Prior thereto, Ms. Herro held the position of Senior Vice President Planning and Allocation from February 2000 to May 2004 and the position of Vice President Planning & Allocation of A&F from February 1994 to February 2000.
Jessica is from Indianapolis, Indiana where she cheered at Holy Spirit grade school and Cathedral High School for 4 years. Jessica attended and graduated from Ball State University in 2006 (GO CARDS!) where she cheered for 3 years on the co-ed squad, was an instructor of UCA and NCA, and a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority for 4 years. She received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Fashion Merchandise and a minor in Marketing. Currently Jessica is a Store Manager for Abercrombie and Fitch. Jessica began dancing when she was 3 at Dance Magic and then continued onto Danc'n'Time where she fell in love with tumbling. Overall she danced for 15 years and then stopped to enjoy cheerleading. Tiffany met Jessica in 2002 on the NCA staff where she was Jessica's Head Instructor at camps. Jessica was also a member of the Colts Cheerleaders for 2 years and had the opportunity to be part of the Varsity Tour which went overseas to Japan/Hawaii performing for troops as well as going to the SUPER BOWL! Jessica is excited to begin coaching cheer and tumbling at Tiffany's.

Amy Nilson '07 is a junior Management major with an Accounting concentration from Lincoln , Nebraska. Nilson is currently the student assistant to Management Department Chairman John Fenimore. She is also involved in retail as a part-time sales associate at Abercrombie & Fitch and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service. Throughout her time at Wittenberg , Nilson has held several leadership positions including Treasurer of Chi Omega Sorority, News Editor of the Torch, Secretary of the Panhellenic Council, Vice President of Myers Hall Government, Treasurer of Omicron Delta Kappa honorary society, and Treasurer of Ivy Ring honorary society. Nilson is also a member of the Tau Pi Phi management and economics honorary, Order of Omega Greek honorary society, the Teacher Effectiveness Committee, the University Honors Program, and has served as an Orientation Assistant and Rho Gamma. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching movies, reading a good book, and exercising. Nilson plans to pursue her Masters of Accountancy immediately following graduation from Wittenberg.
James M. Schwartz, board Treasurer, is Group Executive Vice President for Mast Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Limited, Inc. Being responsible for a global production team in 10 countries, Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience working with diverse cultures and managing a global organization. Mast Industries sells to major retailers, such as Express, Chico's, New York & Co., Lane Bryant, and New York & Co. Mr. Schwartz has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, Central America, and Mexico. This exposure has resulted in his growing conviction that the work of Pathfinder and its in-country partners is fundamental to the economic, social, and health development of virtually every developing country. He and Mast Industries are proud of the role they played in the Africa Growth and Opportunity Act. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Indiana University's Graduate School of Business. Mr. Schwartz is an executive member of the Washington University New England Regional Cabinet, as well as a member of the Arts and Sciences National Council at Washington University.

Mr. Griffin has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. since January 2004. Prior thereto, he served as the Associate Director of Athletics at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, from 1994 to 2003, after serving more than nine years in various positions within the Athletic and Employment Services Departments at The Ohio State University. Mr. Griffin also serves as a director of Motorists Mutual Insurance Company and the Ohio Auto Club and is a member of the Columbus Metropolitan Library Foundation Board, the Columbus Recreation and Parks Commission board and the governing committee for The Columbus Foundation.
