Mr. Lord has been associated with ABN AMRO Asset Management since 2006 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Nancy joined ABN AMRO Asset Management in 1997 as Senior Portfolio Manager for the North American region of our Global Property Team. In her tenure, she built the North American platform, and in 2005, she assumed responsibility for our global property products and processes. Before joining ABN AMRO, Nancy was a REIT analyst at Edward Jones. Her base of knowledge of the real estate industry comes from her 13 years on the direct property side of the business. She worked for six years at CenterMark Properties a national mall owner, developer, and operator. During this time, Nancy worked on numerous development projects, following them from inception to stabilization. Prior to this, she worked in the Consulting Department at Laventhol & Horwath, a CPA firm. In this role, she worked as a consultant on a wide range of properties and assignments from hotels to retirement communities to the loan portfolios of failed savings and loans. Nancy earned a B.S. degree from Saint Louis University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, Nancy is a board member of both the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
