Michael Doris is AboveNeta s Chief Financial Officer , overseeing all financial and reporting processes and systems throughout the company. Mr. Doris is a certified public accountant with 25 years experience with both public and private companies. In his past positions, Mr. Doris gained valuable experience working through a financial restructuring process. Previously, Mr. Doris was the worldwide corporate controller for Marchon Eyewear, Inc., where he focused on improving the companya s reporting processes, implementing information systems (SAP) and managing the relationships with the bankers. Prior to Marchon, Mr. Doris was the Vice President of Finance for Allied Digital Technologies, Inc. In this position, he was responsible for developing strategic financial direction, establishing strong internal controls, and timely and accurate reporting. Mr. Doris oversaw Allieda s integration of the companya s multimillion dollar acquisition. He also held senior level positions at Maidenform Worldwide, Inc., Global Intellicom, In., and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Doris graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and a certified instructor in Total Quality Management

Mr. Datta joined AboveNet in 1998 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Companya s engineering operations. With more than 10 years experience in the industry, Mr. Datta has accomplished many difficult tasks including re-engineering AboveNeta s IP network in a 9 month period resulting in an 80% reduction in operating expense while upgrading capabilities to absorb a 60% increase in traffic volume. Prior to join AboveNet, Mr. Datta was senior development engineer for Alcatel Telecommunications Cable.

Mr. Embler has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2003 and is a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee. Since 2005, Mr. Embler has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC ("FMA"), a firm he joined in 2001 as Vice President. Funds managed by FMA collectively are the Company's largest stockholder. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Embler served in various management positions with Nomura Holding America, Inc., most recently as Managing Director. Mr. Embler has previously served as a Director of Grand Union Company and several other private companies. Mr. Embler holds a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
