William D. Green is the chairman & CEO of Accenture. In addition to chairing the board of directors, he is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. Mr. Green is Accenture's primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company's values, ethics and culture. He has served on Accenture's board of directors since its inception in 2001. Mr. Green personifies Accenture's commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world. He has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships. Mr. Green has significant experience as a member of Accenture's senior management team. Prior to becoming CEO on September 1, 2004, he was Accenture's chief operating officer—Client Services with overall management responsibility for the company's operating groups. Mr. Green has held executive positions in most of the company's operating groups. With expertise in the high-tech, aerospace and telecommunications industries, he was group chief executive of the Communications & High Tech operating group from 1999 to 2003. Under his leadership, the group grew to become the company's largest business unit. He was also group chief executive of the Resources operating group for two years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Green led the Manufacturing industry group and was managing director for Accenture's business in the United States. Mr. Green represents Accenture in a number of external venues. He is a member of Business Roundtable and chairman of its Education, Innovation and Workforce Initiative. He is also a member of the G100 and the International Advisory Panel of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. Mr. Green has been a featured speaker at international business and technology conferences. Mr. Green joined Accenture in 1977 and became a partner in 1986. He attended Dean College and is a member of its Board of Trustees. He holds a bachelor of science degree in economics and a master of business administration from Babson College. He also holds an honorary doctor of laws from Babson. He and his wife have two children.

Adrian Lajtha is Accenture's chief leadership officer. In this role he has primary responsibility for Accenture's leadership development program, which focuses on building the leadership capabilities of Accenture's more than 11,000 senior executives and senior managers globally, and is responsible for the development of and succession planning for the company's top 200 executives, considered to be Accenture's next generation of leaders. Mr. Lajtha also oversees Accenture's corporate citizenship initiatives globally and is a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being named chief leadership officer in September 2007, Mr. Lajtha was group chief executive of Accenture's Financial Services operating group, which serves clients in the banking, capital markets and insurance industries. From 2000 to May 2005, Mr. Lajtha was managing partner of Accenture's Financial Services business in the United Kingdom and Ireland. He led Accenture's resource management group in the United Kingdom, Ireland and South Africa from 1999 to 2000 and the company's Strategy unit in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Lajtha has spent nearly his entire professional career in Accenture's Financial Services operating group, with a particular focus on banking. His clients have included most of the large financial institutions in the United Kingdom, as well as a number of major retail financial services organizations in the United States, continental Europe and Australia. He has specialized in recent years on customer relationship management, large complex strategic change management and the emergence of new business models in the financial services industry. Mr. Lajtha joined Accenture in 1979 and became a partner in 1990. He served on Accenture's Board of Partners prior to Accenture's incorporation in 2001. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a former member of the Council of the Institute of Financial Services in the United Kingdom. Mr. Lajtha holds a degree in Classics from Oxford University.

Don Rippert is Accenture’s chief technology officer and managing director–Technology, responsible for leading Accenture’s technology vision and strategy, which entails identifying and incubating emerging technologies and technology-related businesses with relevance to Accenture. In addition to having responsibility for Accenture’s Technology Consulting organization, Mr. Rippert also oversees Accenture Technology Labs, the company’s research and development organization; Accenture Information Management Services, which comprises more than 13,000 people dedicated to information management processes, strategies and technologies; and Accenture’s global technology alliances. Mr. Rippert has spent his entire professional career with Accenture. Since joining the company in 1981, he has held a variety of management roles. Before being appointed to his current position, Mr. Rippert was a managing partner in Accenture’s Communications & High Tech operating group. He also ran that operating group’s Global Solutions Group, with responsibility for product development, alliances, technology and marketing within Communication & High Tech. Prior to becoming the managing partner of the Global Solutions Group, Mr. Rippert held a number of positions spanning the spectrum of roles at Accenture, from programmer and project manager to client group partner. Mr. Rippert holds a bachelor of science degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.

Gianfranco Casati is group chief executive of Accenture's Products operating group, which serves clients in the airline, automotive, consumer goods and services, freight and logistics, health & life sciences, industrial equipment, rail, retail and travel services industries. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being appointed to his current position in September 2006, Mr. Casati had been, since 2002, managing director of the Products operating group's Europe operating unit. He also served as Accenture's country managing director for Italy and as chairman of Accenture's geographic council in its IGEM (Italy, Greece, emerging markets) region, supervising 12 Accenture offices in Italy, Greece and several Eastern European countries. Before serving in those roles, Mr. Casati led Accenture's Electronics & High Tech practice in Europe. Among the many global clients he has served during his career with Accenture are Pirelli, Alcatel, Siemens and Sony. Outside of Accenture Mr. Casati is member of the steering group of the National Industry Association, a leading association of private companies in Italy. Mr. Casati joined Accenture in 1984 after practicing as a certified public accountant and became a partner 1994. Prior to the company's transition to a corporate structure and IPO in 2001, he served as a member of the Accenture board of partners and led a global program aimed at redefining the partner compensation and career model. He holds a degree in economics from Pavia University in Italy.

Juan Domenech is group chief executive of Accenture’s Public Service operating group, with overall responsibility for Accenture's services globally to governments and public-service organizations in the defense, education, public health, human services, immigration, justice and public safety, revenue and postal sectors. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Domenech has spent the past 18 years in Accenture’s Public Service operating group. Prior to assuming his current position in September 2008, he was the operating group’s chief operating officer, a position he held since 2004. In his 25-year career with Accenture, Mr. Domenech has also held a variety of other leadership positions, including managing director of the Public Service operating group in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Canada, and head of the Change Management group in South Europe. He has also served clients in the financial services and utilities industries. Based in Barcelona, Mr. Domenech joined Accenture in 1983 and became a partner in 1992. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Catalonia Polytechnic University in Barcelona and a Master of Business Administration degree from the IESE Business School.

Karl-Heinz Floether is group chief executive—Systems Integration, Technology & Delivery, with responsibility for all of Accenture's systems integration, technology, quality and delivery capabilities, including its Global Delivery Network, which consists of more than 40 delivery centers on five continents serving clients on a global basis. A member of Accenture's board of directors from June 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Floether serves on the company's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being appointed to his current position in May 2005, Mr. Floether was group chief executive of Accenture's Financial Services operating group, a role he assumed in December 1999. Mr. Floether has spent the majority of his career in the company's Financial Services operating group, focusing mainly on large and complex business transformation and systems integration projects. Prior to serving as group chief executive—Financial Services, Mr. Floether was responsible for the Financial Services practice in Continental Europe and served as Accenture's country managing director for Germany. Mr. Floether's other leadership positions have included managing partner for consulting in West Europe and regional industry director for Financial Services in West Europe. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Avanade Inc. Mr. Floether joined Accenture in 1979 and became a partner in 1990. He holds a master's degree in business administration from Hamburg University.

Kevin Campbell is responsible for Accenture's $9.27 billion outsourcing business, which provides application, infrastructure and business process services to more than 650 clients globally. He leads a team of more than 85,000 professionals charged with developing and delivering differentiated, innovative and operationally excellent services to clients seeking outsourcing solutions to help them achieve high performance. Accenture's outsourcing business provides cross-industry and industry-specific services delivered leveraging our global delivery network of more than 50 centers. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Campbell led Accenture's burgeoning Business Process Outsourcing business from February 2005 to September 2006. He was previously with Accenture from 1982 to 1999, during which time he led outsourcing for our Resources operating group and helped pioneer Accenture's BPO activities. He rejoined Accenture in 2005 from Exult, where he was president and chief operating officer. Exult was HR outsourcing pure play that later merged with Hewitt. Mr. Campbell holds a bachelor of science degree from the School of Management at Boston College.

Mark Foster is Accenture's group chief executive—Management Consulting and Integrated Markets, with overall responsibility for the development of the company's management consulting capabilities, which include the Customer Relationship Management; Finance and Performance Management; Process and Innovation Performance; Talent and Organization Performance; Strategy; and Supply Chain Management service lines. Additionally, he has oversight of all Accenture industry programs as well as its High Performance Business Integration initiative, through which Accenture provides clients a unique blend of business capabilities across its three growth platforms—Management Consulting, Systems Integration and Technology and Outsourcing. Mr. Foster is a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being named to his current role in September 2006, Mr. Foster had, since 2002, been group chief executive of Accenture's Products operating group. He previously held other leadership roles in the Products group. Mr. Foster leads Accenture's involvement with the World Economic Forum; in this capacity he serves as chairman of the non-executive board of the Global Health Initiative against HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria. He is also a member of the board of the International Business Leaders Forum of the Prince.

Marty Cole is group chief executive of Accenture's Communications & High Tech operating group, which serves clients in the communications, electronics, high technology, media and entertainment industries. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being named to his current position in September 2006, Mr. Cole was group chief executive of Accenture's Public Service (formerly Government) operating group, with overall responsibility for Accenture's services to governments and other public-sector entities in the defense, education, public health, human services, immigration, justice and public safety, revenue and postal sectors. Mr. Cole co-authored the book Unlocking Public Value: A New Model for Achieving High Performance in Public Service Organizations, which serves as a guide to understanding how public-service organizations can measure, analyze and improve public value over time. From September 2000 until August 2004, Mr. Cole was global managing partner of Accenture's Outsourcing & Infrastructure Delivery group, where he led the development and oversaw the execution of Accenture's transformational outsourcing strategy. In that position he had overall responsibility for the global delivery capability of a wide variety of outsourcing services including technology infrastructure, applications and business process outsourcing. Mr. Cole was also a leader in the strategic development and deployment of Accenture's global sourcing approach and oversaw the expansion of the company's network of multi-client outsourcing delivery capabilities. Prior to serving as managing partner of Accenture's Outsourcing & Infrastructure Delivery group, Mr. Cole held numerous leadership positions in Accenture's Public Service operating group, including managing partner of New Business Models, operating unit managing partner for State & Local Government in North America, and managing partner for the Northeast and East regions in the United States. Mr. Cole was profiled in the April 2004 issue of Consulting magazine as one of the IT industry's top six power brokers. He was also a recipient of the 2002 ComputerWorld Top 100 IT Leaders award. Mr. Cole joined Accenture in 1980 in the Austin, Texas, office and became a partner in 1989. Born and raised in Chicago, Mr. Cole received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and a master of public affairs degree from the University of Texas.

Pamela J. Craig is Accenture's chief financial officer, responsible for leading Accenture's Finance organization, which includes the Corporate Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Transaction Services, Client & Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. She is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. From March 2004 until October 2006, Ms. Craig was senior vice president–Finance, with global responsibility for Accenture's client deal structuring, client finance, country controllership and group finance activities. Prior to that, Ms. Craig was group director–Business Operations & Services, managing an annual budget of nearly $1.4 billion and an organization of more than 7,300 people, with responsibility for Accenture's Geographic Services organization, IT organization and cross-company operations. In that position she also had oversight responsibility for market image, strategy execution and operational issues in Accenture's geographic regions. In addition, Ms. Craig held several leadership positions in the company's Media & Entertainment practice with the Communications & High Tech operating group. During more than 20 years in consulting, Ms. Craig focused on designing and building finance and performance management systems for consumer products, communications, media and other companies, helping clients build shared services organizations and integrate operations after mergers or other business formations. Throughout her career, Ms. Craig has been committed to the advancement and retention of women at Accenture. She led the launch of the Communications & High Tech operating group's women's initiative and the company's first women's program in Japan, among other initiatives, and continues in her commitment to support Accenture senior women and emerging leaders globally. Ms. Craig is also a member of C200, a professional organization of preeminent women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders; is a recipient of the 2008 National Council for Research on Women’s "Making a Difference for Women Award"; and serves as a member of the state board of directors of Junior Achievement of New Jersey. Ms. Craig joined Accenture in 1979 after practicing as a certified public accountant and became a partner in 1991. She holds a master of business administration degree from New York University and a bachelor's degree with a major in economics from Smith College.

Pierre Nanterme is group chief executive of Accenture's Financial Services operating group, which serves clients in the banking, capital markets and insurance industries. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to assuming his current role in September 2007, Mr. Nanterme was Accenture's chief leadership officer, with primary responsibility for Accenture's leadership development program. In that role he also oversaw Accenture's corporate citizenship initiatives globally. Mr. Nanterme also served as Accenture's country managing director for France from November 2005 through August 2007. Mr. Nanterme has spent most of his 24-year career with Accenture in the Financial Services operating group. Prior to being appointed chief leadership officer in May 2006, Mr. Nanterme served as managing director—Financial Services for Europe, Africa and Latin America; managing director of the company's Financial Services Core Europe operating unit; and global managing director of Accenture's Insurance industry group. Other leadership positions that Mr. Nanterme has held at Accenture include managing director of the Strategy practice in West Europe and managing director of the company's client group in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Outside of Accenture Mr. Nanterme is chairman of the French Consulting Association (SYNTEC) and has been chairman of the French Employers Association's Commission for Economic Affairs (MEDEF) since September 2005. Mr. Nanterme joined Accenture in 1983 and became a partner in 1993. He graduated from ESSEC (Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) Business School in Paris.

Tim Breene is Accenture's chief strategy & corporate development officer, leading the company's Growth & Strategy and Corporate Development functions. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Before being named to his current position, Mr. Breene served in the dual role of strategy & corporate development officer and group chief executive—Management Consulting. He previously served as managing partner—Global Service Lines and managing partner—Strategic Services. From 1997 to 1998 Mr. Breene led Accenture's Products industry Strategy practice. From 1995 to 1997, he served as a partner in Strategic Services focused on the development of the company's Consumer Goods and Retail Strategy group in the United Kingdom and Europe. Prior to joining Accenture in 1995, Mr. Breene was the executive board director at Kingfisher plc, one of Europe's leading retail conglomerates, responsible for group development covering strategic planning, acquisitions, divestments and joint venture operations. Prior to his role at Kingfisher plc, he was global marketing director at United Distillers, responsible for strategic planning and the worldwide marketing of the company's brand portfolio, which included Johnny Walker, Dewers, Tanquerary and Gordons. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Breene was deputy group CEO of WCRS plc, an international advertising and marketing services group, responsible for North American operations and for the international advertising network. He also worked for McKinsey & Co., starting in 1978, where he became a partner and co-leader of the company's global marketing practice. Mr. Breene was born in Turkey, grew up in Belfast and graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, in 1970.

Robert Frerichs is Accenture's chief risk officer, responsible for managing Accenture's overall business risk, including contract risk. As such, he is deeply involved in the significant aspects of the company's financial, business and contract management. He chairs the company's Capital Committee and Merger & Acquisition Committee and is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being appointed to his current position in September 2004, Mr. Frerichs was chief operating officer of Accenture's Communication & High Tech operating group. From August 2001 to November 2003 he was managing partner of the initial market maker team within the Communication & High Tech operating group, responsible for identifying, structuring and closing major client opportunities. Other leadership roles Mr. Frerichs has held within that operating group include global managing partner of the Electronics & High Tech operating unit and managing partner of the US Aerospace & Defense operating unit. During his 31 years with Accenture he also served as the managing partner of the Asia Pacific operating units for both our Products and Resources operating groups. Mr. Frerichs was a member of Accenture's board of directors prior to the company's initial public offering in July 2001 and also served on the company's strategic planning teams during key periods over the past 17 years. He was involved in the creation of Avanade, a technology company Accenture formed with Microsoft, and currently serves as chairman of Avanade's board of directors. A certified public accountant and certified at the fellow level in manufacturing, Mr. Frerichs joined Accenture in 1976 and became a partner in 1986. He received a bachelor's degree in computer science engineering and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois.

Roxanne Taylor became chief marketing & communications officer of Accenture in August 2007. In this role, Ms. Taylor is responsible for Accenture's global marketing and communications activities, including image and market development, corporate communications, industry analyst and media relations, brand management, advertising and research. She leads Accenture’s more than 600 Marketing & Communications professionals worldwide and is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being appointed to her current role, Ms. Taylor served as managing director of Corporate Communications at Accenture, with global responsibility for the company's media relations, industry analyst relations and financial communications strategies and activities. Ms. Taylor joined Accenture in 1995 as director of marketing & communications for the Financial Services practice. She was appointed director of global media and analyst relations in 1999 and director of corporate communications in 2000, the same year she was promoted to partner. She played a key role on the team responsible for Accenture's move from partnership to corporate form in May 2001 and its successful initial public offering in July of that year. Ms. Taylor also led the communications efforts surrounding the company's successful arbitration, concluded in August 2000, that resulted in Accenture's total separation from Andersen Worldwide, as well as the company's re-branding in January 2001. Ms. Taylor has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, specializing in product management, sales, brand management and crisis communications. Before joining Accenture, she was director of corporate communications for Reuters, responsible for the company's global media strategy, crisis communications and issues management. She also served as director of corporate communications for Citicorp's information business and held a variety of product development, sales and marketing positions with Credit Suisse Bank and the Deak-Perera Group, a global foreign exchange and precious metals firm. Ms. Taylor is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and the Marketing 50. She also serves on the Business Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and on the National Council for Research on Women’s Corporate Circle Advisory Board. Ms. Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland.

Sander van 't Noordende is group chief executive of Accenture's Resources operating group, which serves clients in the utilities, chemicals, energy (oil and gas), forest products, and metals and mining industries. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team. From October 2005 until being appointed to his current role in September 2006, Mr. van 't Noordende led Accenture's Resources operating group in Southern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. He has also served as managing partner of the Resources operating group in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. In addition, from 2001 until September 2006, Mr. van 't Noordende served as Accenture's country managing director for the Netherlands. Mr. van 't Noordende joined Accenture in 1987 and became a partner in 1999. During his career in Accenture he has led both marketing-strategic projects and large-scale transformation and IT projects, primarily for clients in the financial services and utilities industries. Mr. van 't Noordende holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands, with a specialty in finance and marketing.

As Accenture's chief operating officer, Steve Rohleder leads all of the company's business and geographic operations globally and is responsible for executing Accenture's business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide. Prior to assuming his current role in September 2004, Mr. Rohleder was group chief executive of Accenture's global Public Service (formerly Government) operating group. Under his leadership, the Public Service operating group achieved annual revenue growth of approximately 30 percent, due in part to innovative deal structures and offerings. From 2000 to 2003 Mr. Rohleder was managing partner of Accenture's Public Service operating group in the United States, and from 1997 to 2000 he served as managing partner of Accenture's U.S. Federal operating unit. Mr. Rohleder, who often serves as an expert resource for journalists and government executives, was named one of the top 25 Most Influential Consultants for 2004 by Consulting Magazine. He was named one of the top 100 business executives in the federal government by Federal Computer Week in 2000 and again in 2001. Mr. Rohleder has testified frequently before various Congressional committees on such topics as homeland security, government reform and the need to create a Digital TechCorps. He has also served on several external committees and boards, including the Presidential Advisory Committee on Expanding Federal Training Opportunities, the National Association of Counties Homeland Security Task Force, and the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) Systems Enterprise Solutions Board. Mr. Rohleder joined Accenture in 1981 and became a partner in 1992. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas.

David Rowland is Accenture's senior vice president–Finance, with responsibility for the company's Finance Field Operations organization, which includes client finance, country controllership and group finance activities. He also serves on Accenture's Executive Leadership Team and chairs Accenture's Operations Council. From 2001 until October 2006, Mr. Rowland was managing director–Finance Operations at Accenture. In this role he had primary responsibility for the finance functions supporting the company's operating groups, BPO businesses and capability groups and oversaw the Corporate Planning & Forecasting and the Corporate Reporting & Analysis functions. Prior to 2001, Mr. Rowland served in a number of finance leadership roles at Accenture, including finance director for Accenture's two largest operating groups, Communications & High Tech and Products. Mr. Rowland began his career with Accenture in 1983 in the Consulting group and spent several years serving clients across a variety of industries. He has served on a number of management committees including Accenture's Operations Council and the IT Steering Committee. He has also played significant leadership roles in a number of company-wide initiatives, including the global implementation of the SAP enterprise software system. Mr. Rowland holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Lori Lovelace is Accenture's executive director–Office of the CEO, with responsibility for chief executive officer and chief operating officer client activities and communications; senior leadership forums; and special company-wide projects and change management activities. Ms. Lovelace also serves on the company's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to being appointed to her current position in October 2003, Ms. Lovelace was a partner in the Products operating group, with specific focus on the transportation and travel services industry. She also led Accenture's Human Performance service line within the Products operating group in North America and had client responsibility for several of Accenture's clients in the airline industry. Ms. Lovelace joined Accenture in 1988 and became a partner in 2000. She holds a master of business administration degree and a bachelor of science degree in Education from Oklahoma State University.

Basilio Rueda is senior managing director of the Accenture Global Delivery Network (GDN), which encompasses our Delivery Centers for Technology and BPO, and local Accenture Technology Solutions. GDN has grown 35 percent annually in the past two years to 58,000 people and is expected to reach 65,000 by the end of FY07. GDN is one of the leading networks in the world for systems integration, application outsourcing and BPO, with significant scale in India, the Philippines and locations in Eastern and Central Europe and Latin America. GDN carries out significant industrialization programs delivering market–leading quality and efficiency. Mr. Rueda is a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team, the Compensations and Benefits Committee, the Workforce Steering Committee and the Avanade Board of Directors. Prior to his current role in GDN, from 2000 to 2003, Mr. Rueda was managing partner for Coritel and BPM, Accenture subsidiaries in Spain for technology and outsourcing. Between 1994 and 2000 he was managing partner in Business Process Management (BPM), Accenture's Outsourcing business line, holding different leadership positions, including one in Financial Services Europe. Prior to 1994, Mr. Rueda worked mostly in the energy industry, becoming the lead partner responsible for this market unit in Spain and a member of the Worldwide Utility Industry Team. Based in Madrid, Mr. Rueda joined Accenture in 1981 and was promoted to partner in 1990.

David Thomlinson is senior managing director–Geographic Strategy & Operations. In this role, to which he was appointed in September 2007, Mr. Thomlinson leads Accenture's geographic operations as well as the company's strategy to build and extend Accenture's market-leading position in key geographies around the world. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team and, since September 2006, has been leading Accenture's business in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Mr. Thomlinson has spent the majority of his career with Accenture in the company's Resources operating group, which serves clients in the utilities, chemicals, energy (oil and gas), metals & mining, and forest products industries. He led the operating group globally from June 2003 until September 2006, serving as group chief executive—Resources. Prior to leading the operating group, Mr. Thomlinson was managing partner of Resources in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region. Before that he led Accenture's Utilities industry group in North America, where he helped many utility companies transform themselves to take advantage of the opportunities in increasingly deregulated marketplaces. Mr. Thomlinson has worked extensively throughout Europe, helping utility companies manage critical issues such as industry restructuring, new business models and growth strategies, customer management, and mergers and acquisitions. As one of the founders of Accenture's UK Utilities practice, Mr. Thomlinson is also a highly regarded expert on the subject of privatization, competition and energy restructuring. Mr. Thomlinson joined Accenture in 1986 and became a partner in 1992. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Thomlinson spent nine years with the international engineering firm Ove Arup, where he was involved in the design and construction of major building projects, including the headquarters of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank in Hong Kong. Mr. Thomlinson received a degree in civil and structural engineering from Sheffield University, England. He is a professional Chartered Engineer and a member of both the Civil and Structural Engineering Institutions.

As general counsel, Doug Scrivner has ultimate responsibility for all legal support to Accenture, serving as principal counsel to senior leadership and the board of directors and leading the company's Legal organization. He also serves as corporate secretary and compliance officer and is a member of Accenture’s Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Scrivner also oversees the company's government relations function. Mr. Scrivner was appointed general counsel in 1996. From 1990 to 1996, he served as associate general counsel, with primary responsibility for Accenture matters. He joined Accenture in 1980 in the role of counsel and became a partner in 1986. Prior to joining Accenture, he was associated with Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Scrivner has participated and held leadership positions in several educational and professional organizations, including the Board of Directors, California ALL (a nonprofit focused on educational pipeline issues for diverse individuals in California and beyond); the Board of Trustees, University of Denver; the Visiting Committee, University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he serves as chairman; Second Century Campaign, University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as national co-chairman; the Board of Visitors, Sanford Institute of Public Policy, Duke University; the Arts & Sciences Campaign Committee, Duke University; and the Board of Trustees, Institute for Clinical Social Work, Chicago. Mr. Scrivner received a bachelor of arts degree in political science and history from Duke University, a master of science degree in international relations from the London School of Economics, and a juris doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Diego Visconti is Accenture’s International Chairman – Strategic Countries. In this role he works closely with the group chief executives of Accenture’s operating groups and growth platforms to define and implement the company’s long-term growth plans in six strategic growth countries: Brazil, Russia, India, China, Korea and Mexico. Mr. Visconti is a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to Chairman & CEO William D. Green. Prior to being named to his current position in December 2008, Mr. Visconti was international chairman, representing Accenture at the highest level to clients, governments and the public around the globe. In that role he worked closely with the company's leaders on an agenda that included direct enhancement of shareholder value and providing the highest levels of quality and satisfaction for Accenture clients. From March 2003 to September 2006 Mr. Visconti was group chief executive of Accenture's Communications & High Tech operating group. Prior to that, he was the managing partner of the Communications & High Tech operating group in Europe and Latin America, a position he had held since 1995. He was also the country managing director for Italy from 1992 to 1995 and again from 1997 to 2002. In addition, he served on Accenture's board of directors from July 2001 to February 2003. Previously, Mr. Visconti's leadership positions with Accenture in Italy have included: deputy managing partner (1989-92); managing partner—Products (1989-92); industry director—Banking (1987-89); managing partner of the Rome office (1987-89); and managing partner of the Treviso/Verona office (1985-87). Mr. Visconti joined Accenture in 1976 and became a partner in 1984. He holds a degree in economics from Università Bocconi in Milan and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia University.

Ms. McGarvie is Chief Executive Officer of LIF Group, a firm offering a global perspective for clients seeking profitable growth and providing leadership seminars for corporate and academic groups. She specializes in delivering keynote speeches and moderating company and association meetings. She is the author of two books: Shaking the Globe: Courageous Decision-Making in a Changing World and Fit In, Stand Out: Mastering the FISO Factor for Leadership Effectiveness in Business and Life. Prior to founding her firm in 2003, Ms. McGarvie was executive vice president and chief financial officer of BIC Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of convenient disposable products. Ms. McGarvie served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hannaford Bros. Co., a food retailer, from 1994-1999.

Mr. Lipp assumed his current responsibilities as a Senior Advisor with Brysam Global Partners, a private equity firm, in October 2008. From September 2005 to September 2008 Mr. Lipp served as a Senior Advisor and director for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Lipp retired as the Chairman of Travelers in September 2005. He had served as the Company's Chairman since April 2004. Before April 2004, Mr. Lipp was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Travelers since December 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Lipp held various senior executive positions at Citigroup and Travelers and their predecessor companies since 1986, retiring in 2001 as Vice Chairman of Citigroup and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its Global Consumer Business. Prior to 1986, Mr. Lipp spent 23 years with Chemical Bank, where he rose to the positions of President and Director. Mr. Lipp is a director of the New York City Ballet and a trustee of the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.

William L. Kimsey , 66, has served as a Director since April 2003. Mr. Kimsey was employed for 32 years through September 2002 with the independent public accounting firm Ernst & Young L.L.P. From 1998 through 2002, Mr. Kimsey served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young Global and Global Executive Board member of Ernst & Young and from 1993 through 1998 as the Firm Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kimsey also serves on the board of Western Digital Corporation, Parsons Corporation and Accenture Ltd. Mr. Kimsey serves on the audit committees of Accenture Ltd. and Western Digital Corporation. Mr. Kimsey is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
