Mr. Tumulak has over 12 years of product management and engineering experience in the technology industry. He has an extensive background in enterprise security, payment systems, and Internet messaging. Prior to joining Ingrian, Tumulak held several engineering leadership positions at E-Stamp Corporation where he was responsible for the company's electronic postage product offerings. He managed security and payment related activities for the solution and worked closely with the USPS to launch the product nationally. Mr. Tumulak also held engineering positions at Netscape Communications where he developed products for the messaging server division.

As a Managing Director of Globespan, Dave sources new investment opportunities, evaluates and negotiates investments, and serves on the boards of portfolio companies. Based in Boston, he focuses on investments in Software and Internet/Infrastructure companies. He also leads Globespan's CIO Advisory Board, which he helped to establish. Dave brings deep operating expertise in fast-growth environments, a strategic market view, and an intense commitment to help the firm's entrepreneurs achieve success in the technology marketplace. Dave serves on the boards of Cloakware, Expressor Software, Fortisphere, Ingrian, Luidia, and Q1 Labs. He serves as a Board Observer for Applied Identity, Instill and Openpages. Dave previously served on the board of Reflectent (acquired by Citrix). Prior to Globespan, Dave was a Principal of JAFCO Ventures, where he focused on enterprise software opportunities. In his most recent operating positions, Dave held leadership roles at then start-up Family Education Network's (FEN), first as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and then as Senior Vice President and General Manager of FEN's distributed content management software business. Instrumental in FEN's rapid growth, he helped to establish the company's industry-leading position, with more than 4 million monthly visitors and a national network of more than 10,000 schools. He also helped to secure revenue and/or investment from AOL, AT&T, Fleet Bank, and Intel for FEN, which was acquired by Pearson PLC (NYSE:PSO). Before joining FEN, Dave served as a Vice President and GM at Trans National Group (TNG), where he successfully ran and sold TNG's start-up Canadian credit card business to Bank of Montreal (NYSE:BMO). During his tenure at TNG, Dave was a member of the founding team that developed businesses in the US, the UK, France and Germany. He also contributed to its venture investments group. Working as a team is core to Dave's open and honest approach to achieving results, which to him means "exposing your weaknesses to your teammates and letting them help you through those areas as you help them through theirs." Dave's combined experience as a founder, operating executive and venture capitalist offers a powerful lens on the business of technology for the firm's portfolio companies. "I have experienced both success and failure, and I think both are critical in what I do now. Getting to ultimate success in this market involves taking risks. Sometimes those risks end up in failure. Our job is to help manage risk, minimize the impact of failure, capitalize on successes along the way and leverage it all for ultimate success." Dave earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA, with honors, from Boston University. He is also a CPA. Dave is an active member of Gartner's Executive Programs (EXP), a membership-based organization for 3,300 CIOs worldwide. When Dave is not helping his entrepreneurs, he is spending time with his wife and four children. Dave also enjoys traveling, exercise, reading, tennis and golf.

Mr. Stewart provides leadership and direction to multiple corporate security and government teams throughout Cisco, strategically aligning with business units and the IT organization to generate leading corporate security practices, policies, and processes. The Corporate Security Programs Organization focuses on global information security consulting and services, security evaluation, critical infrastructure assurance, eDiscovery, source code security, identification management, as well as special programs that promote Cisco, Internet, and national security. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing the security for Cisco.com - the infrastructure supporting Cisco’s more than $35 billion business. Mr. Stewart's longstanding career in information security encompasses numerous roles. He was the Chief Security Officer responsible for operational and strategic direction for corporate and customer security at Digital Island. Mr. Stewart has served as a research scientist responsible for investigating emerging technologies in the Office of the CTO at Cable & Wireless America. He has professional experience in software development, systems and network administration, and is a software specialist, author, and instructor. Throughout his career, he has been an active member of the security industry community. He served on advisory boards for Akonix, Finjan, Cloudshield, Riverhead, and TripWire, Inc. Currently, Mr. Stewart sits on technical advisory boards for Ingrian Networks, RedSeal Networks, Panorama Venture Capital (formerly JPMorganPartners Venture), and Signacert, Inc. and is on the Board of Directors for KoolSpan, Inc. Mr. Stewart holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York.

Roy has over 20 years of computer technology experience. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of HighBAR Ventures. In addition, he was a co-founder & CEO of Ingrian Networks, a leading data privacy provider, a co-founder & CEO of Tasmania Network Systems, a cache proxy company that was acquired by Cisco Systems. Roy was also a member of the founding management team for Brocade Communications Systems (NASDAQ: BRCD); while there he sold and signed the company's original OEM agreements. Prior to Brocade, he was with Sun Microsystems for 11 years. While at Sun, Roy started the company's Telco Business and grew it to 10% of Sun's worldwide revenue; he later led the International Sales Team (ICON), and subsequently was responsible for Sun's Corporate Development Organization in the office of the Chairman. Roy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.B.A. from New York University, Stern School of Business.
