Greg Hoffmeyer is co-founder of Accord Financial. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Finance. Upon graduation, Greg began his business career as a credit manager with Wells Fargo Financial. He was quickly promoted to an assistant management position. Greg became a distinguished member of the management team by consistently exceeding the company's expectations and leading the district in production. Greg enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a snowboarder, and participates in various sports. He regularly attends Mizzou sporting events and Cardinals baseball.

Karen is a graduate of the Ohio State University Art Program and joined Accord Financial in July of 2004. During her employment with Accord Financial, Karen has used her extensive experience in the fields of graphic design, web design, and marketing to make significant contributions to the success of the company. As one of the original employees of Accord Financial, Karen has extensive knowlege of the mortgage industry, policies, and loan programs. Throughout her employment, Karen has evidenced a strong commitment to providing the highest level of client service. In her free time, Karen enjoys caring for her two canine companions, expanding her artistic abilities, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Austin Beutel is the co-founder of Beutel Goodman and Company (1967) and served as President and later Chairman until his retirement in 1994. Since retirement, he has enjoyed a successful career as a corporate director. He is the Chairman of Oakwest Corporation Ltd., a private family holding/ investment company based in Toronto. He is Chair of the Audit Committee of Accord Financial (Asset-Based Lending, TSX Listed); Aecon Group (Construction, TSX Listed); and Astral Media Inc. (TSX Listed). In addition, Austin serves as non-executive Chairman of Equitable Group (Trust Co.) and is a member of the Audit Committee of Niagara Cellars Inc. and Pelmorex (The Weather Network). Past directorships included companies in food service, financial services, gold mining, real estate, mutual funds, and industrial products. Austin was also previously involved with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto as a Trustee (1985-95) and the Chairman (1992-95). In addition to being extremely well respected in the business community as a director, Austin is a private investor and very involved in volunteer activities.

Mr. Ben Evans , age 77, has served as a director of the Company since April 2002. From 1989 until his retirement in 1999, Mr. Evans was a consultant for Ernst & Young in its corporate financial services group, concentrating in the bankruptcy area. He became a partner at that firm in 1968. From 1978 through 1989, Mr. Evans was a member of the corporate financial service group of Ernst & Whinney, a predecessor firm to Ernst & Young, concentrating on bankruptcy assignments, generally on behalf of unsecured creditors committees, with special emphasis in the apparel, retailing, food, drug and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Evans joined S.D. Leidesdorf & Company, a predecessor firm to Ernst & Young, in 1954 as a junior accountant. Mr. Evans is also a director of Accord Financial Corp. and Penn Traffic Company.

A member of the Board since Accord began, Mr. Beck brings with him over 50 years of corporate experience building and operating a large manufacturing company. Mr. Beck serves on the Board's Compensation Committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Weizmann Institute of Science. Mr. Beck holds a P.Eng. and B.Sc. (Eng.) from London University.
