Dr. Miller is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. He is the Chief Medical Officer and Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board of the National MS Society. He also serves as the co-chairman of the education committee for the American Academy of Neurology and he was a past chairman of the AAN's Section on Multiple Sclerosis. Dr. Miller is a graduate of the New York University School of Medicine and trained in neurology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed journal publications and currently is the principal investigator on numerous clinical trials involving the treatment of multiple sclerosis. In addition, he is Director of the Division of Neurology and the Multiple Sclerosis Care Center at Maimonides Medical Center in New York. Dr. Miller also served as past president of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers.

Dr. Sanders is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Neurology at Duke University Medical Center, where he directs the Myasthenia Gravis Clinic. His major area of interest is the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular diseases. Dr. Sanders is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and trained in neurology at the University of Virginia under T.R. Johns, MD, a pioneer in the treatment of myasthenia gravis. Dr. Sanders has authored and co-authored over 100 peer review journal publications and lectures extensively on the topic of neuromuscular diseases. He was named Doctor of the Year by the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America. In addition, he is a past president of both the Medical Advisory Board of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

Dr. White is Richard and Sara Aster's Chair for Medical Research, Director of the Blood Research Institute, and Executive Vice President for Research at BloodCenter of Wisconsin and Professor of Medicine, Pharmacology, and Biochemistry and Associate Dean for Research at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is the Executive Director for the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis and served as treasurer of the Society for Experiment Medicine and Biology. He served on the Blood Products Advisory Committee and the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy Advisory Committee of the Food and Drug Administration. He also served for more than 10 years on the Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee of the National Hemophilia Foundation, a committee that develops clinical guidelines for the bleeding disorders community. He has co-authored over 230 papers, book chapters and monographs, and has given over 100 national and international presentations. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and completed his residency at Georgetown University and his fellowship in Hematology-Oncology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He served as Assistant Director and then as Director of the Comprehensive Hemophilia Diagnosis and Treatment Center at the University of North Carolina and was a leader in the hemophilia community prior to moving to Wisconsin. He is actively engaged in research in bleeding and clotting disorders.

Dr. Becker is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. LeWitt is Professor of Neurology and a faculty member of the Clinical and Cellular Neuroscience Program at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Michigan. He serves as Director of the National Parkinson Foundation Center for Excellence, is Interim Chairman of Neurology at William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan, and is a past president of the Michigan Parkinson Foundation. Dr. LeWitt received his medical degree from Brown University and did postgraduate medical and research training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Stanford University School of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health. He is active in research and clinical studies involving Parkinson's, other neurodegenerative conditions and movement disorders. He is a contributing author to more than 300 publications on clinical and basic neuroscience. He is Editor-in-Chief of Clinical Neuropharmacology and editor of the book Parkinson's Disease: The Treatment Options. Dr. LeWitt's name has appeared in the pages of Best Doctors in America since 1994.

Dr. Lim is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Human Immunology and Rheumatology at Emory University School of Medicine. He is the Chief of Rheumatology for Grady Health Systems. Dr. Lim is site principal investigator for four ongoing clinical trials studying the safety and efficacy of new treatments for lupus and has several other investigator-initiated research projects funded by the government and private organizations. His other research interests include epidemiology and outcomes research in lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Lim has written book chapters on rheumatoid arthritis and lupus and has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Lim is a member of several professional societies, including the American College of Rheumatology and Lupus Foundation of America, where he is the chair of the medical advisory board of the state chapter. He has been honored by the American College of Rheumatology and by the Lupus Foundation of America for his contributions to research and disease treatment. Dr. Lim received his medical degree from State University of New York at Brooklyn and completed his residency and fellowship training at Emory University School of Medicine.
