Vincent D. Kelly, age 49, became a director, President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company inNovember 2004 when USA Mobility was formed through the merger of Metrocall and Arch. Prior to the merger ofMetrocall and Arch, Mr. Kelly was President and CEO of Metrocall since February 2003. Prior to this appointment,he had also served at various times as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive VicePresident of Metrocall.
