H. JAMES FULLEN has served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operations Officer for Retail and Wholesale of Aames Investment since January 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Fullen served as the Senior Vice President Retail Credit Operations of both Aames Investment and Aames Financial from November 2002 until January 2006. Prior to joining Aames Financial, Mr. Fullen was the President of Fullen & Company, a privately-held home builder, from 2001 until 2002. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Associates First Capital Corporation (now part of Citigroup Inc.) from 1994 until 2000, most recently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Associates Capital Bank and the President of Home Equity Loan Offices from 1997 until 2000, where he was responsible for the re-engineering of over 200 offices from full service branches to real estate offices.

Gary M. Erickson has served as a Director of Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. since March 2003 and as Lead Director since January 2004. He served as a Director of Accredited's wholly owned subsidiary, Accredited Home Capital, from 1995-2003. Mr. Erickson is chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee of Accredited's Board. Mr. Erickson is currently practicing law at the Law Office of Gary Erickson, emphasizing business law, estate planning, real estate law and taxation. Mr. Erickson is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Seacoast Real Estate and Development Co., Inc., a San Diego real estate investment and development firm. In April 2004, Mr. Erickson retired as an active duty Navy Captain in command of a Navy reserve region consisting of 10,000 personnel assigned to 330 reserve units. He has also served as the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff for the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet. As a Commander, he performed Chief Executive Officer equivalent functions for operational forces comprised of 5,500 personnel assigned to twelve Navy ships and managed assets valued in excess of $8 billion. As Chief of Staff, he performed Chief Operating Officer equivalent functions for the 23,000 personnel assigned to all Navy ships and shore support activities in the Pacific Fleet. Mr. Erickson served in the Navy from 1974-2004. Mr. Erickson earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Lewis and Clark Law School in 1983 and a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1992. He is a member of the State Bars of California and Oregon and is a licensed real estate broker in California.

Jody Gunderson is a managing director for CarVal investors, responsible for international investments in sub-performing and non-performing consumer and residential loan portfolios, with an emphasis on markets throughout Asia and Australia. Prior to joining CVI in 1994, Ms. Gunderson was a manager in the financial services practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she served investment fund, commercial banking and thrift clients. Ms. Gunderson earned her B.S. degree in Business from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
