Blenda J. Wilson, Ph.D. , 67, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Nellie Mae Education Foundation from July 1999 through December 2006. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from 2003 to 2006, serving as Chairman in 2006. Dr. Wilson was President of California State University, Northridge from 1992 to 1999 and also served as a director for UnionBanCal Corporation from 1993 to 1999. Dr. Wilson is currently Acting President of Cedar Crest College. Dr. Wilson has served as a director of the Company since August 2003.

John P. Driscoll has served as President, New Markets since May 2006, and is responsible for Medco's consumer-driven programs, insured solutions and business development. He is also responsible for the development of new business and markets domestically and internationally. Mr. Driscoll joined Medco in 2003 initially serving as Senior Vice President, Product and Business Development. Prior to joining Medco, Mr. Driscoll worked for Oak Investment Partners as an advisor on health care investments and as Chairman of one of Oak's portfolio companies. Mr. Driscoll also held the position of Executive Vice President of

Richard J. Rubino has served as Medco’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2008. Mr. Rubino is responsible for all financial activities, including accounting, treasury, reporting, planning, analysis, procurement, investor relations and financial evaluation. Mr. Rubino joined Medco in 1993, and has served as Vice President of Planning, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Medco, he held various positions at International Business Machines Corporation and Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr. Rubino is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kevin L. Roberg has served as a director of Omnicell since June 1997. Mr. Roberg is a partner at Delphi Ventures, a venture capital firm. From December 1995 to June 1998, Mr. Roberg served as president and CEO of ValueRx, a Value Health Company. From April 1995, until it was acquired by ValueRx in December 1995, Mr. Roberg served as president and CEO of Medintell Systems Corporation, a pharmaceutical information management company. From June 1994 to April 1995, Mr. Roberg served as president of Western Health Plans and president of PRIMExtra, Inc. for EBP Health Plans, Inc. a third-party administrator. Mr. Roberg received a B.S. from the University of Iowa. Mr. Roberg is also a director of Duane Reade, Inc. and Accredo Health, Inc.
