(NYSE: ACW) is a producer of components for trailers, trucks, military and construction vehicles. It is a leading manufacturer of forged aluminum and steel wheels, as well as wheel drums and rotors. The company also offers truck bodies and parts including bumpers, batteries and fuel tanks. It had 2005 revenue of about $1.2 billion and employs approximately 4,700 people. In 2005, its stockholders sold approximately 8 million of the company's shares in a secondary offering priced at $13.25 per share.
