Mr. Duperreault joined our Board in March 2004. Mr. Duperreault currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Marsh and McLellan Companies, Inc. Previously, Mr. Duperreault served as Chairman of ACE Limited, an international provider of a broad range of insurance and reinsurance products, since October 1994. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of ACE Limited from October 1994 through May 2004, and as its President from October 1994 through November 1999. Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Duperreault had been employed with American Insurance Group ("AIG") since 1973 and served in various senior executive positions with AIG and its affiliates from 1978 until September 1994. Mr. Duperreault also serves as a director of the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited.

Evan G. Greenberg is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACE Limited. He was elected to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2004 and to the additional title of Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2007. Mr. Greenberg joined the ACE Group in November 2001 as Vice Chairman, ACE Limited, and Chief Executive Officer, ACE Tempest Re. In early 2002 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer, ACE Overseas General. Mr. Greenberg was elected to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, ACE Limited, in June 2003. Over the course of more than 35 years in the insurance industry, Mr. Greenberg has held various underwriting and management positions and gained significant insight in the global property, casualty and life insurance sectors.

Robert Courtemanche was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of ACE Private Risk Services in April 2008. Based in Madison , N.J. , Mr. Courtemanche is responsible for directing the overall growth and profitability of ACE's personal insurance lines, including ACE Private Risk Services, the North America-based high-net-worth personal lines business of ACE and ACE Recreational Marine. Mr. Courtemanche has more than 20 years of personal lines insurance industry experience, with a special focus on leading businesses that insure the assets of affluent clients.

Jorge Luis Cazar was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer, ACE Latin America, in October 2006. In this role Mr. Cazar is responsible for ACE's operations in Latin American countries. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Cazar served as Senior Vice President of Accident & Health, ACE Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, and as Regional Vice President, Accident & Health, ACE Latin America, based in Santiago de Chile. Mr. Cazar joined ACE in 1999 as President & Chief Executive Officer of ACE Chile and ACE Argentina. Before that, Mr. Cazar served as President & Chief Executive Officer of CIGNA in Ecuador. Mr. Cazar began his career as Regional Commercial Manager at Cetiseguros S.A. in Guayaquil, Ecuador, in 1989. He subsequently held the positions of Assistant General Manager for Bolivar Insurance Company in Guayaquil and Branch Manager of CIGNA Guayaquil.

As President of ACE Far East, Neil Smith is responsible for the growth and development of all ACE's business in Japan including the property & casualty, auto, personal lines and accident & health divisions.

Robert Blee joined ACE in 1993 and serves as Chief Financial Compliance Officer of ACE Limited. Mr. Blee oversees the Global Compliance function, including ACE's global internal control environment, assuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, and monitoring new compliance-related reporting and disclosure requirements.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and based in Bermuda, Mr. Ringsted oversees all major actuarial functions, including reserving, pricing and capital performance measurement.

Steve Crouch was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of ACE Asia Pacific in July 2009. In his role, Mr. Crouch is responsible for the strategic development and the financial performance for ACE businesses located in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Mr. Crouch has both the breadth and depth of experience in the insurance industry, with a career spanning more than 20 years which includes a variety of management positions in leading broker institutions and insurance firms. Before taking up this current appointment, he was the Chief Executive Officer of ACE Australia & New Zealand where he was responsible for the operations and business development activities of ACE's key business lines namely Accident & Health, Property & Casualty as well as Commercial Lines. Before being based in Australia, Mr. Crouch was the Chief Executive Officer of ACE's operations in Hong Kong. He joined ACE in 2002 as Queensland's General Manager.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education/Health from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston RI and a M.Ed. from Boston University, Boston MA. Matthew is currently certified through the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and is certified in CPR through the American Red Cross. With 4 years of experience in the fitness industry Matthew has learned to work with a variety of clients. Incorporating a philosophy that he puts into practice Matthew not only enjoys training athletes but effectively works with clients that have special concerns. Helping clients with Diabetes, Obesity, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Lower Back Pain, and High Blood Pressure are some of the health issues he has successfully designed programs for. As a new co-owner Matthew also incorporates business knowledge that allows him to manage his fitness studio in a professional and dedicated manner. Matthew enjoys a myriad of sports that include surfing, cycling, running, and mountain climbing. When not training or playing sports he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Nicole.

As General Counsel, Bob Cusumano has ultimate responsibility for all legal support to the ACE Group. He also serves as principal counsel and corporate secretary to ACE Limited's senior leadership and has executive oversight for ACE's external affairs operations in Washington DC.

Mr. Wilkins has been First Acceptance's Chief Actuary Officer since November 1, 2005. He has over 21 years pricing, filing and reserving experience with several national & multi-national insurance companies including Fireman's Fund, Allmerica Financial and ACE Limited. Mr. Wilkins is A Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Robert Ripp, age 67, has served as one of our directors since December 1991. Mr. Ripp is Chairman of the Board and a director of Lightpath Technologies Inc. (fiber optics components manufacturing), a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. Ripp also serves as a director of PPG Industries, Inc. (glass and coating manufacturer), a NYSE listed company. Mr. Ripp served as Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AMP Incorporated (electrical connectors) from August 1998 through May 1999. Mr. Ripp served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing of AMP Incorporated from August 1997 to July 1998, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AMP Incorporated from August 1994 through July 1997, and as Vice President and Treasurer of International Business Machines Corporation (electronic computer equipment) from July 1989 through September 1993.

Bruce L. Crockett, age 65, has served as one of our directors since May 1995. Mr. Crockett is the chairman of Crockett Technologies Associates (consulting) and a private investor. Mr. Crockett served as President and Chief Executive Officer of COMSAT Corporation (information services) from February 1992 until July 1996 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of COMSAT from April 1991 to February 1992. As an employee of COMSAT since 1980, Mr. Crockett held various other operational and financial positions including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Crockett is Chairman of the AIM Family of Mutual Funds and a board member of the Investment Company Institute (ICI). Mr. Crockett is also a life trustee of the University of Rochester and a member of the Board of Visitors of the Vanderbilt Graduate Business School.

Mary Cirillo-Goldberg, 61, has served on our board of directors since December 2002, and served as lead director from May 2005 to April 2006. Since September 2003, Ms. Cirillo-Goldberg has served as an advisor to Hudson Venture Partners, L.P., a venture capital fund. Ms. Cirillo-Goldberg served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OPCENTER, LLC, a privately held company that provides help desk, e-commerce and network operations services, from March 2000 to September 2003. From June 1997 through March 2000, she served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Bankers Trust Corporation. Ms. Cirillo-Goldberg currently serves as a director of three other public companies: ACE Limited, Health Care Property Investors, Inc. and Thomson Reuters Corporation.

Mr. Atieh, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, had previously served as Chair of the OSI Audit Committee and was an outside director of OSI until he took up his current appointment in May 2005. Mr. Atieh had been a director of the corporation since June 2003. Mr. Atieh was recently Group President of Dendrite International and was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dendrite. Having started his career as an audit manager at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young), Mr. Atieh joined Merck and Company and held a number of senior positions from 1981-1994 including Director of Accounting, Director of Investor Relations, Vice President Government Relations, Treasurer, and Vice President of Public Affairs. Mr. Atieh then moved to the Merck-Medco Division of Merck, where he held a number of positions including Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Mr. Atieh subsequently served as Vice President and General Manager of Merck's Medicare business initiative in their U.S. Human Health Division.

Olivier Steimer, age 53, has served as one of our directors since July 2008. He has been Chairman of the Board of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise since 2002. Previously, he worked for the Credit Suisse Group from 1983 to 2002, with his most recent position at that organization being Chief Executive Officer, Private Banking International. Mr. Steimer is chairman of the foundation board of the Swiss Finance Institute and a member of the Board of Directors of SBB CFF FFS (the Swiss national railway company) and Renault Finance S.A. Mr. Steimer is a Swiss citizen.

Walter Scott became a director of Assured Guaranty Ltd. upon completion of the IPO in April 2004 and was named Chairman of the Board on May 5, 2005. Mr. Scott was Chairman, President and CEO of ACE Limited (''ACE'') from March 1991 until his retirement in September 1994 and President and CEO of ACE from September 1989 to March 1991. Subsequent to his retirement, he served as a consultant to ACE until September 1996. Mr. Scott was a director of ACE from September 1989 until May 2005. Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Scott was President and CEO of Primerica's financial services operations. Mr. Scott is currently Chairman and CEO of Green Mountain Beverage, a Vermont-based hard-cider company. Mr. Scott is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of Lafayette College and a founding trustee of the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies.
