Charles H. Linberg is the Chief Technology Officer of ACI Worldwide. In this capacity he is responsible for the architectural direction of ACI products including the formation of platform, middleware and integration strategies. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Charlie joined ACI in 1988 and has served in various technical management roles including vice president of Payment Systems, vice president of Architecture and Technology, vice president of BASE24 development and vice president of Network Systems. Prior to joining ACI, Charlie was vice president of research and development at XRT, Inc., where he led the development of XRT's proprietary fault-tolerant LAN/WAN communications middleware, relational database and 4GL products.
