Joseph Musanti became a member of our board of directors in October 2007. Since 2006, Mr. Musanti has served as President of Main Tape Inc., a designer and manufacturer of adhesive tape and protective film for consumer electronics, automotive, and other uses. He previously served as Vice President Finance and CFO of Main Tape Inc. from 2003 to 2006.
