Previously, Vezina served as Managing Director of ACS' Business Process Solutions (BPS) line of business, where she was responsible for the delivery of comprehensive business process outsourcing (BPO) services to all major commercial industries. This business supported more than 300 clients across multiple vertical markets and geographies. Vezina has 23 years of global BPO and information technology (IT) experience across a broad spectrum of industries including automotive and hi-tech manufacturing, financial services, communications, travel and transportation, and healthcare. Her experience has taken her throughout Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Prior to joining ACS, she spent 18 years with EDS where she progressively advanced her management and leadership skills through experience in BPO operations, sales and business development, project and client management, relationship development, and IT services.
Previously, Harvey was managing director of the Healthcare Payer and Insurance delivery unit for ACS, growing this business from $168 million to $444 million in annual revenue in five years. As a result of Connie's focus on quality, customers in the Payer LOB now report the highest customer satisfaction levels in company history. While managing director, Harvey oversaw business development, technology development and client relationships. Healthcare Payer & Insurance Services supports over 35 major payer & insurance organizations and nine of the top 10 payer companies. Harvey has focused on various initiatives to improve operational performances to better serve ACS' customers and diversifying the service offering. The success of the team is apparent by strong growth including adding 16 new customer logos to the portfolio and nearly doubling revenues over the past three years. An early adopter of utilizing offshore operations, Harvey spent 18 years in consulting and operations management in the Caribbean. She joined ACS in 2001 when ACS acquired National Processing Company in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Her projects spanned industries and services including manufacturing, distribution and logistics and business process outsourcing. Connie Harvey graduated with distinction from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Joseph Doherty is Executive Vice President and Group President of ACS Government Solutions. In this position, he is responsible for the ongoing operation and continuing growth of an ACS Group that supports more than 1,700 state and local government entities. ACS Government Solutions is the largest provider of BPO services in the government sector.
Prior to joining ACS, Doherty spent ten years in key leadership roles at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) following a 20-year career with the U.S. Navy. Most recently, Doherty served as president of Americas Division within CSC’s Global Outsourcing Services Group, leading a multi-billion dollar operation with more than 17,000 employees positioned globally where he was responsible for outsourcing strategy in the Americas.
He also served more than 20 years in the U.S. Navy as an enlisted computer systems specialist and later, as a Naval Communications Officer.
Doherty received a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland
Tom Blodgett is chief operating officer of ACS’ commercial operations, a position to which he was promoted in 2009. The commercial business segment represents $4.3 billion in annual revenue and includes ACS’ Business Process Solutions, Information Technology Outsourcing, Finance and Accounting, Education and Financial Services and Human Capital Management lines of business.
Previously, Blodgett was Executive Vice President and Group President of the Business Process Solutions delivery unit for ACS, growing this business from $50 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue in ten years.
With 20 years of senior management expertise in business process outsourcing (BPO) Blodgett is a BPO pioneer. In 1985, his family founded Unibase, a data entry company acquired by ACS in 1996. The acquisition expanded ACS’ capabilities in the BPO services market and created a service segment dedicated to delivering business process solutions.
Also instrumental in developing ACS’ Operational Excellence model, a key company differentiator, Blodgett provides clear leadership in the areas of customer satisfaction and competitive distinction. He was an early proponent of ACS’ global outsourcing strategy, having opened the Company’s first offshore location in Monterrey, Mexico, in 1995.
Since acquiring that office, Blodgett has led the charge for ACS’ global expansion that now supports client operations in more than 100 countries and has given ACS the position of industry leader in the global market.
An integral part of his approach to growth, Blodgett brings leadership to ACS’ acquisition strategy and has successfully acquired and integrated 13 companies into his line of business during his tenure with ACS.
Blodgett brings a unique perspective to his leadership role. He balances the structure and rigor of an effective operational organization with the aggressive, creative requirements of successful sales and marketing.
Christopher Leach is a senior vice president and chief information security officer at ACS. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of policies that protect the private and personal information of the company's clients, employees and business partners. Prior to joining ACS, Leach served as senior vice president and chief information security officer for First Horizon National Corporation in Memphis, Tennessee. There, he implemented a security strategy for that company's 500 branch banks in more than 43 states. He also developed a risk-based approach to security assessment and remediation and worked interdepartmentally to balance the overall risk of the enterprise. Following seven years as managing partner of Leach Consulting & Accounting in San Diego, Chris began his IT risk career as national director of IT risk for Grant Thornton LLP, a Chicago-based accounting, tax and business advisory firm. He entered the financial services industry in 2001, joining Bank One Corporation as senior vice president and chief technology officer, IT risk management. Following JPMorgan Chase's acquisition of Bank One in 2004, Leach became senior vice president and director of global security operations and identity management, where he was responsible for identity initiatives for 170,000 employees and contractors and more than 20,000 business partners. The author of several articles for both accounting and information security-related publications, Leach has conducted seminars and served as a keynote speaker at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. He was also recognized twice by Accounting Today as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the accounting profession. Leach has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University, where he also undertook postgraduate studies in information technology.
Daisy Fernandez Seebach is the Chief Ethics Officer at ACS. She joined the Company in early 2007. In her role she coordinates and communicates ethics activities, including the implementation and monitoring of behaviors that detect and prevent unethical or illegal actions.
John Rexford is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ACS. In this position, he is responsible for all aspects of ACS' financial, accounting, and investor relations functions. Prior to his current position, Rexford headed up all of ACS' merger and acquisition activities. His experience and leadership played an instrumental role in ACS' growth. Rexford joined ACS in 1996 as Senior Vice President to lead acquisition and corporate development activities. Since joining the company, he has completed numerous acquisitions across many business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) segments and service lines of business. Rexford was named Executive Vice President in 2001. Before joining ACS, Rexford served as vice president of Citicorp and Citibank for more than 10 years, where he held several assignments primarily leading capital raising activities in structured transactions. He also held the vice president position at Continental Illinois Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
Kevin Kyser has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since September 2007. Prior to that time Mr. Kyser served in the following capacities - Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting from March 2007 to September 2007, as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer - Commercial Group from April 2006 to March 2007, as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations from October 2001 to April 2006 and as Vice President, Corporate Controller from April 1997 to October 2001. In addition to six years of experience in the oilfield services industry, Mr. Kyser served for approximately three years on the audit staff of KPMG LLP.

Skip Stitt is ACS’ Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for coordinating innovation efforts and leveraging best practices across all ACS platforms. Stitt has responsibility over a number of company-wide initiatives including ACS’ Global Procurement Initiative, Global Real Estate Initiative, Global Incentive Compensation Program, and In-Home Worker Program.
Stitt previously served as Chief Operating Officer for ACS’ Government Solutions Group, which provides business process outsourcing solutions to all 50 states and hundreds of local governments. In that position, he helped lead ACS into the field of statewide human services eligibility modernization. He earlier served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for ACS’ Family and Community Services line of business, where he expanded human services offerings to include electronic payment and customer care.
Before joining ACS, Stitt served as President and founder of Competitive Government Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping state and local governmental clients improve their performance through business process reengineering and strategic procurement.
From 1995 to 1997, Stitt served as Senior Deputy Mayor and Chief Operating Officer for the City of Indianapolis, Indiana. In that role, he oversaw the day-to-day management of a 4,000-person workforce and an operating budget of over $450 million. He also led the city’s nationally recognized transformation and public-private partnership efforts for nearly six years.
Earlier, Stitt served as Director of Enterprise Development for the City of Indianapolis, where his leadership efforts to reinvent government saved the city over $425 million.
Stitt received a B.S. from Southern Illinois University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois.
Tasos Tsolakis is Chief Information Officer for ACS, and is responsible for coordinating technological decisions across the company. He has more than twenty five years experience in the field of Information Technology for large corporations.
Previously,Tsolakis also served as senior vice president in charge of the ACS' Centers for Solution Excellence.
Prior to joining ACS, Tsolakis served as vice president of Direct to Consumer Solutions for Home Depot based in Atlanta delivering the company’s first web-enabled end-to-end provisioning system. In addition, he was formerly with General Electric's Information Services business in Gaithersburg, Md., as a senior vice president for Global Professional Services and Product Development responsible for delivering 90 percent of the global transaction processing market.
He has served on numerous IT boards and development committees, and is a recognized speaker in the industry. Named to the Top 100 ComputerWorld IT Leaders list in 2003, and Six Sigma Certified, Tsolakis holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School; and a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Va.

Tas Panos is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ACS. In this position, he is responsible for ACS' global legal and ethics affairs, consisting of a broad range of legal practices including litigation, employment, corporate governance, compliance, international, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, privacy and security, real estate, and commercial and government transactions. Panos joined ACS in 2002 and most recently served as Deputy General Counsel. He had previously served as head of the litigation and labor & employment group as Group Counsel. Prior to joining ACS, Panos was in private practice in California for 17 years, representing the interests of individual and business clients. He also served as Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law. Panos received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Andy Vassallo is the Senior Vice President and Managing Partner responsible for ACS's worldwide provider consulting practice. He is responsible for all clinical, financial and technical solutions. Currently this practice services over 100 hospitals, academic medical centers, large nationally known health care systems and ambulatory clients. Vassallo brings 20 plus years of experiences assisting organizations in maximizing the use of and adding value from IT solutions and process enhancements. Prior to joining ACS Vassallo was on the Superior Consultant Company executive team, a Partner in a specialized health-care consulting company and a health information software firm. As Vice President of Homeland Security and Defense for ACS' Federal Solutions Group, Charles Church leads initiatives and client partnerships with the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and the Department of Justice. Prior to joining ACS, Church served in CIO roles for a number of programs within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including the National Protection and Program Directorate, Preparedness Directorate, and the Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection Directorate. Chris Mankle is the ACS Chief Technology Officer for the IT Outsourcing business. He leads the CTO Office in driving and delivering innovation, developing and executing a strategy, recommending the best solutions, creating a vision, promoting innovative solutions, and identifying & driving new business opportunities. Before joining ACS, Mankle worked as a Chief Technologist for Hewlett-Packard Communications Media and Entertainment Business Unit's CTO Office. He was responsible for collaboratively leading the technical aspects of successful HP solutions and partner technologies. These solutions helped solve the communications media and entertainment customers' unique business problems. Prior to Hewlett-Packard, he worked for Applied Reasoning as a Vice President of Services. While in this role Mankle was responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of customer projects. He was also a Principal Network Design Engineer for Sprint and a Wireless Field Engineer for Motorola.
Dawn Johnson is responsible for strategic partnerships and business development in ACS' government healthcare sector. Additionally, she is responsible for product innovation, management and strategy to increase the growth and presence of ACS in population health and health information exchange as it relates to the coordination and provision of comprehensive healthcare. Johnson has an extensive background in Medicaid and Medicare. Prior to joining ACS, she served as the Director of the largest Medicare Fee-for-Service demonstration managed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In this role, Johnson managed a $400 million Medicare Pilot program testing the provision of disease and care management services in a chronically ill, co-morbid population that also included providing strategic direction, supervision and oversight for several million dollar program support contracts. A frequent speaker and panelist on a variety of healthcare-related topics, Johnson also has a regulatory background in long term care and has successfully trained CMS surveyors to conduct quality assurance surveys at long term care facilities across the country. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The University of Maryland, and a Masters in Nursing and postgraduate studies in Business Administration also from the University of Maryland.

Jeff Bauer, Ph.D., is a nationally recognized health futurist and medical economist. As a Chicago-based management consulting partner, he assists ACS client healthcare provider organizations with leadership education, strategic planning, technology assessment and service line transformation. Prior to joining ACS, Bauer was a Senior Fellow at the Center for the New West in Denver. He previously managed his own consulting firm, which specialized in consumer-focused strategic planning for healthcare organizations. He also served as a medical school professor and was health policy advisor to the governor of Colorado. Bauer received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Colorado and B.A. in economics from Colorado College. He was a Ford Foundation Independent Scholar, a Fulbright Scholar, and a Kellogg Foundation National Fellow. He has published more than 150 articles, books, Web pages, and videos on healthcare issues.
As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Community and Youth Services business within ACS' Government Solutions Group, John Polk is responsible for the operations in 15 child support collections and disbursements projects that process more than one-half of the child support payments in the country. Previously at ACS, Polk was responsible for the implementation and daily operation of the Ohio Child Support Payment Central Project, one of the largest State Disbursement Units (SDU) in the country. He has also managed six other SDU projects and was instrumental in the development of the line of business approach to image-based remittance processing and a patented electronic payment processing solution. Before joining ACS in 1992, Polk served as an Administrator of the Child Support Enforcement Program in the Texas Attorney General's Office. Polk received an M.B.A. in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and a B.A. in Psychology from Southwest Baptist University

Raymond Hennings directs ACS' disaster and emergency management services. Previously, as a consultant to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Hennings was deployed to assist in the recovery efforts of several disasters including hurricanes Katrina and Rita, where he advised on policy to FEMA's Gulf Coast Recovery Office and the Louisiana Individual Assistance operation. Hennings also has provided FEMA with guidance on workforce development, program controls and management techniques. In addition, Hennings has provided leadership on disaster programs funded by the HUD Community Development Block Grant program, including Louisiana's Road Home Program and the Texas Homeowners Assistance Program, and has developed strategic plans for the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. He is trained on the National Incident Management System, the Incident Command System, the National Response Plan and FEMA Public Assistance Operations. Hennings is a member of the American Economic Association and holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Syracuse University.
Blondin provides strategic consulting services on how to address business trends and workplace challenges through strategic learning; performance, expertise, and talent management; and knowledge capture and transference. Blondin has helped companies transform their workforce through the development of global learning strategy architectures. By putting in place people, processes, technology, measurement strategies and learning content, companies ensure their human capital management and learning strategies are aligned to business goals and defined business outcomes. Ted B. Miller Jr., age 58, has served as a director since November 2007. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Miller was the Chief Executive Officer of Crown Castle International Corp., a wireless communications company he founded in 1995 which grew from start up to a multi-billion market capitalization. He was Chairman of the Crown Castle Board of Directors from 1999 to 2002. Prior to founding Crown Castle, Mr. Miller was involved in the commercial real estate development, management and brokerage business and various investments including the media business as an original licensee of Blockbuster Video. Mr. Miller is currently President of 4M Investments LLC, an international private investment company. He is currently the Chairman and majority shareholder of M7 Aerospace LP, an internationally diversified privately held aerospace service, manufacturing and technology company. He is also Chairman and majority shareholder of Intercomp Technologies LLC, a privately held payroll outsourcing company with operations in Europe. Mr. Miller received a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
Dennis McCuistion , Director . Mr. McCuistion was appointed to our Board of Directors on May 31, 2006. He is a widely-published author, guest speaker and Executive Producer and host of the nationally-syndicated, award-winning PBS program, McCuistion . Mr. McCuistion has owned his own company during the past 29 years. He currently serves on the board of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc.
Frank Varasano, age 63, has served as a director since November 2007. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Varasano served as Executive Vice President of Oracle Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Varasano held several senior management positions during his 26-year tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Senior Vice President he led Booz Allen Hamilton s largest practice (Engineering and Manufacturing), largest office (New York) and largest regional profit center (United States). He also served on the firm s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Currently, Mr. Varasano is Chief Executive Officer of a start-up company he founded. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Varasano served as a director of Loudeye Corporation, serving on the Compensation Committee and the Special Committee that led the analysis and review of the sale of Loudeye to Nokia. Mr. Varasano holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy. He also served as an officer aboard the USS Patrick Henry, a nuclear submarine. Paul E. Sullivan, age 65, has served as a director since February 2008. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the law firm of Frost Brown Todd, LLC in Lexington, Kentucky. He has practiced law for over 35 years and has a substantial legal practice in complex corporate transactions and commercial litigation within the banking, manufacturing and minerals extraction industries. From 1975 to 1981, Mr. Sullivan practiced in his own law firm in Lexington, Kentucky, which he merged with Brown Todd & Heyburn, predecessor to Frost Brown Todd, in 1981. Prior to that time, Mr. Sullivan served as General Counsel to the Kentucky Department of Banking and Securities and as General Counsel to the Department of Labor for the State of Kentucky. Mr. Sullivan serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Bank and Trust Company (the largest Kentucky based bank). In addition to serving as a director, Mr. Sullivan has served on the Bank s audit, trust (chairman) and compensation committees. Mr. Sullivan also serves on the boards of Central Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for the Bank and Central Bank, FSB, an affiliate savings bank. Mr. Sullivan received both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.
