As Chief Information and Operations Officer, Greg Framke oversees the management of all global technology development and infrastructure at E*TRADE FINANCIAL, as well as its core global operations. Mr. Framke's primary objectives are to maximize efficiency throughout the business, as well as to leverage technology to provide innovative financial services products to customers. Mr. Framke has been recognized as one of InfoWorld's 25 Most Influential CTOs and as a ComputerWorld Honors Program Laureate. He has also earned multiple standings with the InformationWeek 100 and CIO's Top 100 for Innovation.
Mr. Framke's career spans over 20 years in both the financial services and technology industries with experience in sales, marketing and technology. Prior to joining E*TRADE FINANCIAL in 2000, Mr. Framke was Director and Global Equity Technology Chief Operating Officer for Deutsche Bank Securities. From 1994 to 1999, he was a Principal with Morgan Stanley & Co for equity technology in New York and London. Before moving to Wall Street, Mr. Framke worked in marketing and sales management positions at IBM, earning numerous awards and commendations.
Mr. Framke holds a BA in International Finance, graduating with honors from The George Washington University.

As Chief Human Resource Officer, Karen Wall is responsible for the global management of E*TRADE FINANCIAL's human resources practices. With 30 years of experience in human resources services, policies and programs — along with strategy consulting, executive coaching and leadership development — Ms. Wall's expertise and institutional knowledge are aligned to help steer E*TRADE into its future success.
Ms. Wall joined E*TRADE in 2004. Her prior experience includes practicing human resources for the American Automobile Association, technology firm BTG, and with consultancy firms. Ms. Wall holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Virginia and a Master's in Business Administration from George Mason University.

While a student at Harvard, Ken Griffin developed his first convertible bond arbitrage model and traded from his dorm room. In 1990, one year after graduation, Mr. Griffin launched Citadel as a single strategy fund. Today, Citadel and its affiliates deploy capital across multiple investment strategies. The Citadel group of companies operate in the world's major financial centers, including Chicago, New York City, London, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Bermuda. The firm invests across all major asset classes. Mr. Griffin is an active supporter of educational causes that drive community improvement. He serves as a Director of the Chicago Public Education Fund and is a member of the Boards of Trustees for the Art Institute of Chicago and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Mr. Griffin is a member of the World Economic Forum, the Economic Club of Chicago, and the Advisory Council for Chicago 2016, working to bring the 2016 Olympic Games to the city. Mr. Griffin received a bachelor's degree with honors from Harvard College.

Mark J. Lotke , 37, has been a director since March 30, 2005. Mr. Lotke is a Partner with FT Ventures, which he joined in 2005, and where he leads the Software Team. Mr. Lotke currently serves on the boards of ProfitLine, a provider of outsourced telecommunications expense management services, and of Digital Harbor, a composite applications company. Mr. Lotke has over 15 years experience in the information technology industry including over 10 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining FT Ventures, he has invested over $350 million in leading enterprise software, e-commerce and IT-enabled services companies generating over $1.2 billion in realized gains. From January 2003 through December 2004, Mr. Lotke was a General Partner with Pequot Ventures. From January 2001 through December 2002, Mr. Lotke was a General Partner with Covalent Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Lotke was a Managing Director with Internet Capital Group. Mr. Lotke also worked for several years as a principal with General Atlantic Partners. Mr. Lotke began his professional career as a strategy consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. and also worked at LHS Group, a mobile billing and customer care software company. Mr. Lotke received a B.S. in Economics summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
