Mr. Rogerson, 52, is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Chemtura Corporation, a position he has held since December 2008. Chemtura, located in Middlebury, Connecticut, is a global manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals, crop protection and pool, spa and home care products. Mr. Rogerson served as president, chief executive officer and director of Hercules Incorporated until its acquisition by Ashland, Incorporated in November 2008, a position he held since December 2003. Located in Wilmington, Delaware, Hercules is a global manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals and related services for a broad range of business, consumer and industrial applications. Mr. Rogerson joined Hercules in 1979 and served in a number of management positions before leaving the company to serve as president and chief executive officer of Wacker Silicones Corporation in 1997. In May 2000, Mr. Rogerson rejoined Hercules and was named president of its BetzDearborn Division in August 2000. Prior to being named CEO of Hercules in December 2003, Mr. Rogerson held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including president of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, vice president of Global Procurement and chief operating officer. Mr. Rogerson serves on the boards of the American Chemistry Council, First State Innovation and the Society of Chemical Industry. He holds a chemical engineering degree from Michigan State University. Mr. Rogerson is a member of the Nuclear Oversight Committee and has been a director since September 2005; his term expires in 2010.

Mr. Dahlen received his B.A. degree from the University of Arkansas in 1961, and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 1964. He attended the Executive Program, University of California, Berkeley, in 1991. Mr. Dahlen joined Hercules on July 1, 1996, as Vice President, Law and General Counsel, after serving 30 years with Monsanto Company in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Monsanto, he held a number of positions including Vice President and General Counsel, The Chemical Group; Associate General Counsel, Monsanto Company; Director of Corporate Development, Monsanto Company; and Director of Law, Monsanto Agricultural Products Company. Following his retirement in 1999, Mr. Dahlen returned to Hercules in a consulting role in October 2000 and assumed his current position in June 2001. Mr. Dahlen is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Kevin Grossman joined Hercules in September 2006 as a Managing Director. Mr. Grossman previously served as a Senior Relationship Manager and Senior Vice President in Silicon Valley Bank's Colorado office servicing technology and life sciences companies throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado. He was SVB's lead Business Development representative for these high-tech communities. His teams in this region that support the bank's overall efforts to provide a wide variety of financial services (Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, International Trade Finance) to the 120+ clients they work with. Prior to joining SVB in 1999, Mr. Grossman spent a year with Fremont Financial in a Business Development capacity providing $1-10MM Asset Based Lending facilities. Prior to that he served two years at the National Bank of Canada providing $3-$25MM Asset Based Lending deals with Portfolio Management responsibilities. Prior to those roles he opened two offices for a small asset based lending company in the Pacific Northwest. Each of these companies worked with either highly leveraged entities or those experiencing difficult times, attempting to "turnaround" their business. Mr. Grossman earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics at the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Grossman is a member of the Board of Advisors for Agility Leasing, and a member of Association for Corporate Growth, Rockies Venture Club, and the Colorado Venture Capital Association. He is on the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro YMCA and serves as Program Chairman for the Duncan Family Branch.

Since October 2003, Manuel A. Henriquez has been the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTGC), a leading debt and equity growth capital provider to technology and life science companies. Prior to co-founding Hercules, Mr. Henriquez was a partner at VantagePoint Venture Partners, a $2.5 billion multi-stage venture capital firm, where he was an active equity investor and board member of many leading communications and software companies. From 1997 to March 2000, Mr. Henriquez was at Comdisco Ventures, where he was the president and chief investment officer, along with other senior level positions. While at Comdisco Ventures, he co-headed the investment activities for more than $2 billion in investments to venture backed companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Henriquez was a vice president at Robertson Stephens & Co.'s late stage equity venture fund, CrossLink Capital (fka Omega Ventures). From 1987 to early 1991, Mr. Henriquez was a vice president at BancBoston Ventures, the Bank of Boston's early stage venture capital fund. He also was in the Bank of Boston's specialized High Technology Lending Group. In addition to his extensive debt and equity investment experience, Mr. Henriquez has held various senior executive level operating positions at companies, including ON Technology (NASDAQ: ONTC), a Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers venture backed software company acquired by Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC). He was also the founder of various technology companies including HealthyPets, acquired by Petopia.com. Mr. Chao has been our President since May 1996 and a director since June 2003. Mr. Chao has over 30 years of international experience in the chemical industry. In 1985, Mr. Chao assisted his father T.T. Chao and his brother James Chao in founding us, where he served as Executive Vice President until he succeeded James as President. He has held positions in the Controller’s Group of Mobil Oil Corporation, in the Technical Department of Hercules Incorporated, in the Plastics Group of Gulf Oil Corporation and has served as Assistant to the Chairman of China General Plastics Group and Deputy Managing Director of a plastics fabrication business in Singapore. He is also a director of Titan Chemicals Corp. Bhd. Mr. Chao received a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Mr. Chao is a trustee emeritus of Rice University.

Mr. Livingston has also founded and sold several Utah technology companies. As principal owner of Specialty Instruments Corp., a medical device manufacturing enterprise, he successfully built and sold this company in a matter of 3 years. Most recently, as founder and principal shareholder of JTech Medical, a computer software and manufacturing business, Mr. Livingston built the company to a 28% net profit, $8 million capitalized operation in a short 6 years. Mr. Livingston brings additional technology skills honed through ten years of engineering work at several aerospace firms. His 5 years filament winding composites experience at Hercules is invaluable in developing IsoTruss composite structures and efficient manufacturing. Mr. Livingston is CEO of Pyxis Research, an energy technology company and is well versed in energy plays, renewable and alternative power systems, power plants, distributed energy, and utility deregulation and trends. He has earned a Bachelor of Science, Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, University of Tennessee.

Mr. Noe was appointed Senior Vice President - General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Hercules Offshore in October 2005. In addition, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Towing.
Previously, he served as Corporate Counsel for BJ Services Company, a worldwide oilfield services provider. Mr. Noe also served as Corporate Counsel for Single Buoy Moorings, a Monaco-based company that designs, owns and operates floating production systems (FPSOs and FSOs). Early in his career, Mr. Noe was in private practice with the New Orleans law firm of King, LeBlanc & Bland, where he focused on corporate and commercial issues for oil and gas companies and shipyards. During his private practice, Mr. Noe represented shipyards in large naval construction disputes before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also represented vessel and rig owners in large construction disputes and arbitrations in Europe and the Far East.
Mr. Noe holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.

As an Executive Producer, Rob Tapert applied his filmmaking experience to "Hard Target" and "Timecop," starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, as well as both direct-to-video "Darkman" sequels. In addition, Rob was one of the executive producers of the two-hour series pilot of "M.A.N.T.I.S." for FOX, and also served as an Executive Producer on "The Quick and the Dead," a high-action western starring Sharon Stone, Gene Hackman, and Leonardo DiCaprio, which was directed by Sam Raimi. In 1998, he was the Executive Producer for "Hercules and Xena - The Animated Movie: The Battle for Mount Olympus" for Universal Pictures Home Video. Robert Tapert now leads the television production side of Renaissance Pictures. In addition to being Executive Producer for both Hercules and Xena, Rob has written and directed episodes in each series. He appeared in a cameo role for "The Xena Scrolls" and has been portrayed by his long-time friend Bruce Campbell in the Hercules episodes "Yes, Virginia, There is a Hercules" and "For Those of You Just Joining Us."

Terry L. Carr joined Hercules Drilling Company, LLC as Vice President Operations in January 2007. He is responsible for Hercules' day to day drilling operations. Mr. Carr brings to Hercules Drilling more than 25 years of operating and marketing experience in the offshore drilling industry. Most recently, Mr. Carr was employed by ENSCO International where he served as Manager, Operations for the company's expanding Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining ENSCO in 2001, Mr. Carr spent nearly 20 years with Reading & Bates (later R&B Falcon) Corporation in various key international operations and marketing roles. Mr. Carr is a veteran of the United States Army and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

Vince Norpel, Vice President: Vince has extensive strategic sourcing experience in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. He has led cost reduction projects for many companies, including Raritan Bay Medical Center, Hercules, Roxborough Memorial Hospital, the Berwind Group and the Southern Peru Copper Corporation. Perhaps best known as an NPR Humorist and best-selling author of several collections of his personal essays, David Sedaris has become one of America?s pre-eminent humor writers known for his sardonic wit and incisive social critiques.
