Mr. Falk has worked for Kimberly-Clark since 1983, holding positions of increasing responsibility and authority. Under his leadership, the company successfully integrated Kimberly-Clark and Scott Paper operations following the merger of the two companies in late 1995. More recently, Mr. Falk was the architect of Kimberly-Clark's new global organizational structure and its Go-To-Market initiatives, which have redefined the way the company manufactures, distributes, promotes and sells its products. Before joining the internal audit staff of Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, Wis., in 1983, Mr. Falk was with the accounting firm of Alexander Grant & Co. He became Senior Auditor at Kimberly-Clark in 1984 and Senior Financial Analyst in 1986. He was promoted to Director of Corporate Strategic Analysis in 1987. In 1988, under Kimberly-Clark sponsorship, he earned a master of science degree in management as a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Following graduation, he became Operations Manager for Infant Care at the Beech Island, S.C., diaper plant in 1989. Mr. Falk was elected Vice President of Operations Analysis and Control in 1990. In this role, he negotiated a complex set of transactions resulting in the divestiture of Spruce Falls Power and Paper, a newsprint subsidiary jointly owned by K-C and The New York Times, by transferring ownership control to its employees. Mr. Falk was elected Senior Vice President of Analysis and Administration in 1991, reporting to Chairman and CEO Wayne R. Sanders. In 1993, Mr. Falk was elected Group President of Infant and Child Care with responsibility for Huggies diapers, the company's best-selling product, and for Pull-Ups training pants. He became Group President of North American Consumer Products in early 1995. In this role, he led the company's consumer and professional tissue businesses, U.S. consumer sales and U.S. consumer business services. In 1996, he took on additional responsibilities for the company's then pulp and newsprint operations, its premium business and correspondence papers business, wet wipes business and two staff functions: human resources and environment and energy. He was elected Group President – Global Tissue and Paper in 1998, adding global oversight for the company's consumer and professional tissue and wet wipes businesses to his existing responsibilities. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer and to the company's Board of Directors in 1999. Mr. Falk was elected Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and to his position as Chairman in 2003. Mr. Falk serves as a director of Centex Corporation and on the Dallas Regional Advisory Board for JP Morgan Chase. In addition, he is a National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and he serves on the Board of Catalyst. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin in 1980. Mr. Falk was born in Waterloo, Iowa, in 1958. He and his wife, Karen, have one son.

Health Care is one of Kimberly-Clark's designated growth platforms. The products consist of a variety of medical supplies such as medical exam gloves and surgical packs and gowns, and medical devices such respiratory care, pain management and enteral feeding products. Joanne was part of the original team that launched Depend Incontinence Products nationwide and she led the integration of the first Health Care acquisition, Tecnol Medical Products. Joanne has been instrumental in growing the Health Care business to over one billion dollars by integrating acquisitions, doubling sales outside of North America, introducing new products and categories, and significantly restructuring the supply chain footprint. Joanne joined Kimberly-Clark in 1981 in marketing in the Adult Care Sector. She held numerous marketing jobs in the Adult Care and Health Care Sectors and was promoted to Vice President of KimFibers, Ltd. in 1996. In 1997, Joanne returned to the Health Care Sector to lead the integration of the Health Care Sector's first major acquisition, Tecnol Medical Products, Inc. In 1998 she was appointed to Vice President of Global Marketing for Health Care, and in 2001 to President of the Health Care Sector. Joanne graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1977, with a degree in English. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with an MBA in 1986. Joanne serves on the Board of Directors for Medivance, Inc. She and her family live in the Atlanta area.

"In this position, Mr. Abernathy leads the company's personal care and consumer tissue businesses in North America and Europe, home to some of the most recognized and trusted brands, including Huggies, Pull-Ups, Kotex, Depend, Kleenex, Andrex and Scott. Mr. Abernathy was born in San Marcos, Texas, in 1954. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Alabama and a master's degree from the Institute of Paper Chemistry. "

"Mr. Palmer is responsible for leading the growth of enterprise-wide strategic marketing capabilities and the development of high-return marketing programs to support the company’s business initiatives. In this role, Mr. Palmer partners with the leaders of the company’s consumer, health care and professional businesses to ensure strategies are based on meaningful and actionable insights from the people who choose and use Kimberly-Clark brands and products. He leads a marketing center of excellence focused on insights generation, talent and best practice development, and directs shared services in the areas of market research, media planning and agency management. Mr. Palmer brings to Kimberly-Clark extensive global marketing and management experience having served at some of the world’s top consumer packaged goods companies. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, he served as managing director U.K. for Kellogg Company. Previously, he was president of the company’s natural, frozen and warehouse club businesses. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Palmer was with Coca-Cola Company USA, in marketing and general management positions with the Minute Maid division and later as region director for Coca-Cola in Australia. Before Coca-Cola, he served as a marketing manager with CSR Refined Sugars and Mars Confectionery Australia. This followed several years in consulting with The LEK Partnership and The PA Consulting Group, where he held positions as a senior consultant and business development manager. Mr. Palmer earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 1986 and a master of business administration degree from the International Management Institute in Geneva, Switzerland in 1989. Mr. Brickman was most recently a principal in McKinsey & Company’s Dallas office and a leader in the firm’s consumer packaged goods and operations practices. His consulting experience includes a broad mix of strategy, organization and operations projects for leading global packaged goods companies. Before joining McKinsey, Mr. Brickman was president and CEO of Whitlock Packaging (1998-2001), the largest non-carbonated beverage co-packaging company in the United States. From 1994 through 1998 he was with Guinness/United Distillers, initially as vice president of strategic planning and then as vice president and general manager for Guinness Brewing Worldwide’s Latin America region. His previous experiences included serving as managing consultant for CSC Index Consulting and as marketing director for Aspartame at the NutraSweet Company. Mr. Brickman was awarded an advanced bachelor’s degree in economics in 1986 from Occidental College in Los Angeles, where he graduated with honors, Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude. "

Lizanne C. Gottung , age 52, was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2002. She is responsible for leading the design and implementation of all human capital strategies to the Corporation, including global compensation and benefits, talent management, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness and corporate health services. Ms. Gottung joined the Corporation in 1981. She has held a variety of human resources, manufacturing and operational roles of increasing responsibility with the Corporation, including Vice President of Human Resources from 2001 to 2002. She is a director of Louisiana Pacific Corporation.

"Mr. Buthman was named to his current position in 2003. As Chief Financial Officer, his scope of responsibility extends beyond Finance and Accounting and includes Real Estate, Investor Relations, and Information Technology Services. Thomas J. Mielke , 50, was elected Senior Vice President Law and Government Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer in 2007. His responsibilities include the Corporation s legal affairs, internal audit and government relations activities. Mr. Mielke joined the Corporation in 1988. He held various positions within the legal function and was appointed Vice President and Chief Patent Counsel in 2000, and Vice President and Chief Counsel North Atlantic Consumer Products in 2004.

Her career history with Kimberly-Clark includes joining in 1981 in a labor relations role at a manufacturing facility in Tennessee. She held operational positions in several consumer products manufacturing facilities; then she moved into plant manager roles in the consumer products facility located in New Milford, Conn., and the nonwovens facility in Corinth, Miss. In 2001, Liz was named Vice President of Human Resources and became Senior Vice President in 2002, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Liz earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany. She serves on the board of the North Fulton Child Development Association, the Compensation and Benefits Committee of the American Heart Association and was elected to the Board of Directors of Louisiana Pacific Corporation in 2007. She resides near Atlanta, Ga., with her husband Mark and their three daughters. "

Mr. Shapiro retired in 2003 as Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co., a financial services company. Before becoming Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1997, Mr. Shapiro was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chase Bank of Texas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co., from 1989 until 1997. He now serves as a consultant to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a non-executive Chairman of its Texas operations. Mr. Shapiro is a member of the board of directors of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation and The Mexico Fund, and a trustee of Weingarten Realty Investors. He also serves on the boards of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Baylor College of Medicine, Rice University and BioHouston.

Peter Surtees is European Logistics Director for paper goods manufacturer Kimberly-Clark. Peter joined Kimberly-Clark in 1994, following 15 years working in the 3PL industry. Ashley Williams brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to Technekes. Her experience on the client side and consulting side of life sciences, healthcare, and consumer packaged goods enables her to anticipate client needs and help maximize efforts throughout an organization. Ashley held positions in advertising, sales, product management, and database marketing at Novartis and Ciba-Geigy. There she introduced database marketing across the organization to build relationships with end-users. Her experience on the consulting side includes UAP, Southern States, Kimberly-Clark, Novartis Animal Health, Nabisco Brands, Johnson Wax, and Sara Lee Corporation. Christopher Moccia founded Solusia in 1998 and scaled the company in an organic and profitable manner throughout the growth and contraction phases of the wireless industry. Under his leadership, Solusia helped key wireless customers acquire more than 3,500 cell site locations, and provide engineering services for more than 5000 cell sites. In his role as President, Moccia leads the execution process of Solusia's vision and strategic objectives, oversees its revenue and profitability targets, and sets business objectives for expanding the corporation. Furthermore, Moccia leverages his in-depth wireless industry knowledge and strong relationships with senior officers to implement new thought processes and to help optimize the deployment industry. Moccia has more than 25 years of operations, sales, and marketing experience working with global firms including, Bellsouth Mobility, AirTouch Communications, MediaOne, Cargill Incorporated, Schoeller & Hoesch and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Colin Campbell is president of Precision Business Solutions, a business analytics services provider. With a client base including Kimberly-Clark, Texas Industries, Blockbuster, 3M and Rubbermaid, Campbell's company utilizes a proprietary statistical model to tie non-financial operating performance indicators to clients' income statements. Hedy Lukas is Director of Kimberly-Clark's North American Consumer Marketing Services organization, which is accountable for approximately $600 million in Media, Consumer Promotion, Relationship Marketing, Packaging Graphics Design, and Marketing Research for KLEENEX , HUGGIES , PULL-UPS , SCOTT , KOTEX , POISE , DEPEND and other Kimberly-Clark brands. Prior to assuming this responsibility Hedy served as Director of Promotion Services. She has been with Kimberly-Clark since 1988. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Hedy was a partner in a regional advertising agency, served as constituent communications director for a Wisconsin governor, and was a policy analyst in the Wisconsin Office of Federal-State Relations. Hedy has a graduate degree in public administration from the University of Wisconsin and an undergraduate degree in journalism. Actively involved in the Promotion industry, Hedy serves on the Board of Directors of the Promotion Marketing Association (PMA).

Jack Capers is a partner in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Joanne Gorski, CPIM, is currently a Supply Chain Management Instructor at Fox Valley Technical College. In addition to instructional experience, Joanne has 15 years of industry experience resulting from her work at Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Appleton, Incorporated. Her industry experience includes extensive work in the field of logistics, operations management, and information system implementation and management. She has served on the Fox Valley APICS Chapter's board of directors as both chapter President and Vice President of Professional Development. Joanne was a speaker at the 2001 APICS International Conference and has been published in the Institute of Management & Administration's Inventory Management Report. Joanne has a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Lynne Gallacher's is HORN's Vice President of Design and Measurement and is responsible for the HORN Centre of Applied Measurement and ensuring the alignment between course design and all pre- and post-measurement. Lynne is also one of HORN's senior sales force consultants. Lynne's role at HORN is informed by her more than 15 years of high-level management work at two major consumer packaged goods companies, Kraft Foods and Kimberly-Clark. She held positions at these two Fortune 100 companies in corporate strategy and development, brand management, customer marketing and sales, giving her a strategic, in-depth, and on-the-ground understanding of business management and sales. She possesses a wealth of hands-on experience in leadership, business management, and team development. Lynne holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She also completed the Canadian Securities course from the Canadian Securities Institute. Robin is the Greenpeace Student Network Coordinator on the Kleercut campaign. As a Coordinator she works with university students all across the country on Greenpeace's Kleercut campaign to cancel university contracts with Kimberly-Clark, parent company of Kleenex and Scott tissues. Before coming to Greenpeace, Robin worked with Arizona PIRG as a campus organizer on a number of campaigns including the Campus Climate Challenge, a Make Textbooks Affordable campaign, and the New Voters Project, a campaign geared at increasing youth voter turnout. Robin grew up in Wisconsin and studied environmental policy at Brown University and northern Brazil.

Tom Ales is a Research Scientist with the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He received a B.S. in Chemistry in 2000 and a M.S. in Physics in 2006 from The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In his 13 years with the Company, he has worked with instrumentation and interfacing, electronics/sensing, and quality systems and product testing. He is currently active in exploratory and commercial product/material research and development within Personal Care consumer products focusing on North American operations.

Mr. Bergstrom, Director, became a member of our Board in May 2008. Mr. Bergstrom is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bergstrom Corporation, which owns and operates 24 automobile dealerships representing 26 different brands. Mr. Bergstrom has served in his current role for the past five years. Mr. Bergstrom serves as a director of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a global health and hygiene company; Wisconsin Energy Corporation, a diversified energy company; Midwest Airlines; and Green Bay Packers, Inc. Mr. Bergstrom also serves as President of the Theda Clark Medical Center Foundation.

Dr. Jemison is founder of BioSentient Corporation, a medical technology devices and services company focused on improving health and human performance through physiologic awareness and self-regulation. She is guiding the company in the design, development and marketing of leading-edge, NASA-patented ambulatory equipment that provides real-time, real-life physiologic monitoring and the means to control one's responses to their environment and stimuli. Dr. Jemison, the first woman of color to go into space, served six years as a NASA astronaut. She founded a technology consulting firm, The Jemison Group, and was an environmental studies professor at Dartmouth College, where she ran The Jemison Institute for Advancing Technologies in Developing Countries. A strong, committed national voice for science literacy, Dr. Jemison founded the international science camp The Earth We Share for students 12-16 years old, and serves as Bayer Corporation's national advocate for the Making Science Make Sense initiative. Before joining NASA, Dr. Jemison served as the Area Peace Corps Medical Officer for Sierra Leone and Liberia in West Africa, and practiced medicine in Los Angeles. She is a board member of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Scholastic, Inc. and Valspar Corporation, and an A.D. White Professor-at-Large at Cornell University. Dr. Jemison is a member of the Institute of Medicine, an inductee of the National Women's Hall of Fame and the National Medical Association Hall of Fame, and a winner of the Kilby Science Award. She majored in chemical engineering and African and Afro-American Studies as an undergraduate at Stanford, and received her medical degree from Cornell.
