Cheryl W. Grise, age 56, was executive vice president of Northeast Utilities, a public utility holding company, from December 2005 until her retirement in July 2007. Prior to that time, Ms. Grise had served in various senior management positions at Northeast Utilities since 1998, including President-Utility Group and Chief Executive Officer of all Northeast Utilities operating subsidiaries. Ms. Grise was a director of Dana Corporation until February 1, 2008 and currently serves on the board of MetLife, Inc. and Pulte Homes, Inc. Dr. Dickstein is a Senior Vice President at Pall Life Sciences, Pall Corporation, for Global Regulatory Affairs and Scientific Affairs. Pall Corporation provides leading-edge filtration, separation and purification products to meet the demanding needs of customers in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, transfusion medicine and water filtration for which Dr. Dickstein is an integral member of the senior management team. Pall's headquarters are located in East Hills, New York, with operations throughout the world having revenues exceeding $1.9 billion. In his capacity as the global leader of Regulatory Affairs, Dr. Dickstein is highly recognized by regulatory agencies throughout the world. He has spoken on the Company's behalf to such regulators as the Food and Drug Administration, Health Canada, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the European Medical Devices Agency on biologics, drugs and devices. Additionally, Dr. Dickstein serves as the global leader for Pall's Scientific and Laboratory Services, which includes customer support laboratories for product analyses, validations and assurance of performance. These diverse laboratories include Hematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Microscopy, General Chemistry, Validation and Integrity, as well as Water Performance. Dr. Dickstein received his doctorate in Immunology and Immunochemistry from New York University and was appointed to its undergraduate and graduate teaching faculty. Dr. Dickstein has previously served on a number of college faculties for subjects ranging from physiology, anatomy, to cell biology. He has lectured extensively worldwide and has published and presented numerous scientific papers and product evaluations before the scientific community.

Edwin W. Martin, Jr., age 77, was associate and deputy U.S. commissioner of education from 1969 to 1979. He was nominated by President Carter as the nation s first Assistant Secretary for Special Education and Rehabilitative Services and confirmed unanimously by the Senate, serving as assistant secretary of education from 1979 to 1981. From 1981 to 1994, Dr. Martin was president and chief executive officer of the National Center for Disability Services and a Board Member. He was named in 1994 and since then has been president-emeritus. Dr. Martin served as a Lecturer in Education at Harvard University, and as an Adjunct Professor of Education at Teacher s College, Columbia University. In 2007, Dr. Martin was also elected mayor of Venice, Florida for a three year term. He has been a director of the Company since 1993.

John Pile-Spellman is Vice President of Research for Rockland Technimed Ltd . He is responsible for setting the strategy for RTL's research and discovery activities as well as leading RTL's clinical research. He has been with RTL since 2005.In addition to his work at RTL, Dr. Pile-Spellman is a Professor of Radiology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Vice Chair of Research and Director of Interventional MRI and Academic Interventional Neuroradiology at Columbia-New York Presbyterian Hospital. He was previously Director of Interventional Neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Columbia-Cornell. He has written over 100 peer reviewed scientific articles and is recognized as an international leader in Interventional Neuroradiology. Dr. Pile-Spellman is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American Society of Neuroradiolgy, the American College of Radiology, the American Society of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology, and the New York Academy of Sciences. He also serves on the board of a number of non-profit corporations and is board certified in Radiology. External accolades include Best Doctors in America, Best Doctors in New York, and Marquis Who's Who in the World, Science and Engineering. He has trained over thirty (30) Interventional Neuroradiology fellows and the first Holman Pathway Fellow. Dr. Pile-Spellman publishes actively in collaboration with the neurology, neuropsychiatry and anesthesiology services at Columbia-New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Pile-Spellman has had extensive experience in clinical research and trials. Besides initiating and leading the iMRI-GE -NYP-CU partnership, Dr. Pile-Spellman is currently working with innovative leaders in business including: Concentric Medical Device for Phase I II clot extraction in acute stroke, obtaining the first IRB waiver of consent in acute stroke patients in New York; with Biocure a spin-off of Novartis in developing polymers for endoluminal paving to treat a wide range of vascular diseases; with Pall Corporation to study blood filtration for reperfusion injury medication for acute stroke; and is currently developing projects with Medred (intraarterial pumps and devices for stroke and tumors); and with venture funding for pre-venture R&D program investments and spin-off ventures. Daniel J. Carroll, Jr., age 63, was the CEO of Telcordia Technologies from September 2005 until May 2007. He continues to serve on the Telcordia board. Telcordia is a global provider of telecommunications network software and services for internet protocol, wireline, wireless and cable customers. Mr. Carroll held a number of executive positions with AT&T Corp. until its spin-off of Lucent Technologies Inc. He retired from his employment as an officer of Lucent in 2000. Edward L. Snyder, age 61, is professor of laboratory medicine and associate chair for clinical affairs of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. He is also director of Blood Bank/Apheresis Service and assistant chief/associate chair for clinical affairs at the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Ulric S. Haynes, Jr., age 77, was the U.S. Ambassador to Algeria from 1977 to 1981. He was executive dean for university international relations at Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York, from September 1996 until his retirement in 2003. Prior to September 1996, Mr. Haynes was dean of the Business School at Hofstra University. He serves as a director of the Council of American Ambassadors.
