Mr. Klemsz has been the Company's President, Secretary-Treasurer, and a Director since its inception. Since March, 2007, he has been the Chief Investment Officer of BOCO Investments, LLC, one of our shareholders. He was Chief Investment Officer for GDBA Investments, LLC, a private investment partnership and the principal shareholder of the Company, from May, 2000 until March, 2007. Mr. Klemsz received a Masters of Science in Accounting and Taxation in 1993 and a Masters of Science in Finance in 1990 from Colorado State University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado in 1981.

James W. Creamer, III, President & CEO | Jim was named President and CEO in January 2009 and has served as our Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in July 2005. Jim was previously with Vectra Bank Colorado, where he was a Vice President in Commercial Banking, focusing largely on commercial real estate lending. Prior to commercial banking Jim was an Investment Banker for J.P. Turner & Co. focusing on IPO transactions for small cap companies. He was a small cap equities analyst at Global Capital Securities Corp where he served as Director of Research for the last year of his tenure. Earlier in his career, Jim was a Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Hanifen, Imhoff Inc. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is a CFA Charterholder. J. Rhett Nunnally, Vice President Operations | Rhett brings over 17 years of commercial real estate finance and development experience to the group. Prior to joining CapTerra, Rhett was a Senior Director at Hanover Financial where he was responsible for the company's equity investment activities throughout the Southwestern United States. Prior to that, Rhett was a Vice President with the Merchant Banking Division of GMAC Commercial Mortgage where he was responsible for originating and underwriting highly structured commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. Earlier in his career, Rhett spent 10 years originating a wide range of both structured and permanent debt facilities, as a Director with both Washington Mutual and Heller Financial. He began his commercial real estate career on the development side with Brookfield Properties in various finance positions. Rhett received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Eric A. Balzer, Eric Balzer became a director of Ramtron in 1998 and served on Ramtron's audit committee from 1999 to 2004. From 1990 until his retirement in 1999, Mr. Balzer served as senior vice president of operations for Advanced Energy Industries, Inc., which develops, manufactures and markets power conversion devices for the semiconductor equipment industry.
