Dennis Young, who has more than 35 years of operations and manufacturing experience, recently retired as the chief operating officer of Siemens ICN. Prior to Siemens ICN, Young was the executive vice president of operations and general manager for ADC's wireline group. In the 1990's, Young held several executive positions with PairGain including managing several business units and all manufacturing and operations management planning. Young has also held the title of chief executive officer for Ecco UK Ltd and Talley UK Ltd. Young has been a key member of multiple successful telecommunications equipment vendors. With Young's expertise in manufacturing and operations planning, Actelis is well positioned to successfully capitalize on the market opportunity.

Edi Asher has more than 15 years of operations management experience in the high-tech industry with both start-ups and public companies. Prior to joining Actelis Networks as Vice President of Operations & IT, he led the Logistics and IT groups at Vcon. Asher has also held top management positions with Assa Industries and Scitex Corporation. Over the span of his career, he has become a recognized expert in managing material groups, establishing quality departments and leading organizations through the ISO certification process. Asher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bar-Ilan University and a degree in Practical Industrial Engineering from the Technological Institute in Tel Aviv.

Lior Torem brings more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience to Actelis Networks. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Torem was a corporate controller at Gilat Communications Ltd where he was responsible for budgets, accounting, worldwide banking, and led the financial efforts for the company's successful IPO. Mr. Torem holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996.

Kamran also co-founded Schools Online (1996), a non-profit public charity organization with the goal of bringing the Internet to every school in the world, and co-founded the Global Catalyst Foundation (2000), a private philanthropic foundation. Kamran is currently the Chairman of Centillium Communications, Planetweb, Greenfield Networks, Entopia, Actelis Networks, Omnitrust, the Global Catalyst Foundation and Schools Online. Kamran received a BS in Computer Science, a BS in Mathematics (at the age of twenty) and a Masters of Engineering degree in Computer Graphics from the University of Utah. Mr. Veyssiere is general partner for Innovacom, the venture capital subsidiary of France Telecom. Prior to joining Innovacom in 2000, Mr. Veyssiere worked with TeleSoft Partners, a San Mateo based venture capital fund, as a consultant in charge of business development for Europe. From 1992 to 1999, Veyssiere was Director then Vice President of Business Development & Operations with France Telecom North America in New York, heading several key projects including the implementation of the company's Internet backbone in the U.S., the investment of France Telecom in Sprint PCS and the business planning and implementation in the U.S. of the first gateway allowing seamless roaming between GSM-900 and DCS-1900. Mr. Veyssiere holds an MS in Physics from Paris Science University, Magna Cum Laude, an MS in Telecommunications Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications in Paris, and an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
