P. Kevin Kilroy joined Baker Capital in 2001. Mr. Kilroy has more than 30 years in the technology management, sales, marketing and general management of technology-focused companies. Prior to joining Baker Capital, Mr. Kilroy was the Vice President and General Manager of HP Middleware Division at the Hewlett-Packard Company. Prior to HP, Mr. Kilroy was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman for Bluestone Software. Mr. Kilroy took Bluestone public in 1999, led a secondary offering in February of 2000 and the successful acquisition of Bluestone by HP in October 2000. Mr. Kilroy serves on the boards of Action Engine, Dotster, Verified Identity Pass and Voltaire and is also on the board of trustees for North Carolina Wesleyan College.

Joseph R. Saviano joined Baker Capital in 1997 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. He has seventeen years of financial and investment management experience, including thirteen years in private equity. Prior to joining Baker Capital, Mr. Saviano served as a Vice President at Harvest Partners, Inc. and, from 1992 to 1996, served as controller for the private equity funds of Apollo Advisors, L.P. Mr. Saviano serves on the Boards of Action Engine, Dotster, Expert Realty, IQNavigator and MediaNet Digital. Mr. Saviano earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Jonathan I. Grabel joined Baker Capital in 1998. Prior to joining Baker, Mr. Grabel was an investment banker with Warburg Dillon Read LLC and Nomura Securities International, Inc. Mr. Grabel has served on Boards of Directors of both public and private companies. He currently serves on the boards of Expert Realty, IQNavigator, Inc. and MediaNet Digital, Inc. Mr. Grabel received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Ted Collins is President and CEO of MissionMode Solutions, Inc. He resides with his family in Minnesota. MissionMode is a collaboration and urgent response offering for both private companies and public safety agencies. Collins built and leads the executive team for MissionMode, he guides development, operations, marketing, finance, and sales. He has spent more than 20 years as an entrepreneur in the software industry, having founded and grown five profitable start-up companies. His latest success was OpinionWare, a company he co-founded in 1999 that created software to help businesses build loyalty by gathering and analyzing customer opinion, and engaging customers and employees in meaningful dialogues. Collins served as president and chief executive officer of OpinionWare until divine acquired the company in April 2001. Before founding OpinionWare, Collins was senior vice president of the Internet Advance Group within PLATINUM technology, inc., a $1 billion information technology management software and services company acquired by Computer Associates in 1999. At PLATINUM, Collins oversaw the development, acquisition and launch of the company's Internet-related products and services. Earlier, while at computer hardware and software companies Mentus Group, Inc. and ViaTech Development, Inc., Collins led the development of products from concept through production and installation in less than 120 and 180 days respectively. Collins has published many articles on the topics of software management, application lifecycle vitality and linking self-managing content to customer retention, and many case studies on collaboration. He has appeared in publications such as Red Herring, ZDNet, ComputerWorld, Software and CIO. He is a frequent speaker at industry events including Communities East, Instant Messaging Planet and Global Knowledge Management eXchange. Past speaking engagements include ComDex, CIO Forum, Internet World and IT Expo. Collins holds bachelor's degrees in computer science, mathematics and English from St. John's University in Minnesota. He completed much of his English studies at Trinity and New College at Oxford University in England. He also earned a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

As Vice President of Marketing, Anne Baker leads the worldwide marketing and public relations program at Action Engine. As part of the executive team, she is in charge of managing and developing all aspects of the company's promotional, product marketing, and communications strategy. Anne specializes in wireless software marketing and has experience on both the network side and the consumer side of the wireless industry. Before joining Action Engine, Anne spent six years at wireless OSS software company, Metapath, transitioning the company through its purchase by Marconi Wireless, now a division of Ericsson. At Marconi Wireless, Anne led the worldwide OSS partner and marketing programs for the wireless division. Anne also brings experience from her work at international consulting firm, Accenture, where she developed program management strategies for clients in both the finance and technology sector. Anne holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and is currently completing her MBA at Seattle University.
