An electrical engineer by trade, Uwe Schrader-Hausmann serves as chief technical officer, overseeing the company’s technical innovation efforts in the areas of research and development, engineering and technical service and support functions on a global scale. His responsibilities included marketing and sales P&L, high-value solution selling to a global client base, and facilitating post-sale customer support. Jim implemented a team selling approach that enabled improved focus on customer specifications and was instrumental in kick-starting sales of new products in Europe. Dick Anderson oversees day to day operations on the landlord side of Hill Partners Inc. Those tasks range from development to acquisitions and sales, leasing, and putting together private equity deals. Mr. Lindelow is an active board member of several promising enterprises, primarily in the high technology industry. Recently retired from IBM, Lindelow has extensive experience managing global multi-billion dollar businesses as well as smaller, entrepreneurial companies. He joined Sperry in his native Sweden where he subsequently became President of Sperry's Nordic Group in 1980 before moving with his family to the US in 1982. Mr. Lindelow has an MS in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He lives in Austin, Texas and serves on the board of directors of public companies Active Power, Inc.
