David Di Lena brings more than 20 years of product management and software engineering experience to Active Reasoning. As Vice President, Products, David is the driving force behind Active Reasoninga s product and market direction. Previously, David served as Vice President of Product Management for Actional Corporation. In this role he executed the vision for the companya s industry leading Web Services and integration products, resulting in a product acquisition by iWay Corporation and eventually culminating in the acquisition of Actional by Progress Software. David has also held senior product marketing positions at Logictier, Compaq and Tandem Computers (now HP) in diverse technology areas including managed services, wholesale banking applications, and high speed networking. David spent the first half of his career as a senior software engineer in the defense industry and at Tandem Computers where he ported TCP/IP to the NonStop Tandem platforms and developed new high-speed socket technology David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Terry has over 20 years of high tech leadership experience in developing strategic partnerships, software sales, professional services, application development and IT production support. As Vice President, Business Development, Terry is responsible for developing and managing revenue generating relationships with major strategic partners at Active Reasoning. Before joining Active Reasoning, Terry was responsible for developing the vertical solutions strategy and driving associated revenues worldwide for Autonomy Corporation, a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise. Terry also started and led the SI Alliances organization at E.piphany, a recognized supplier of customer relationship management solutions, where she initiated and managed relationships with Big 5 consulting firms. Terry also spent 13 years in Hewlett Packarda s IT organization holding positions in IT management, consulting and application development. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from SUNY Potsdam.

Trace L Galloway is the Vice President of Implementation and Field Services for Active Reasoning, Inc. In his current role, Trace oversees all customer implementation, field services, and sales engineering efforts. Prior to joining Active Reasoning, Trace was the Director of Corporate Sales at Altova, creator of XMLSpy, an award-winning and industry-leading tool suite for XML development. Trace has also held evangelist, senior SE, and consulting positions at Enfoteria Corporation, EpiCon, and Vanguard Consulting. Trace has presented at numerous industry conferences including regional ISACA Chapter events, XML Europe, Web Services Edge, ASP.NET & XML Web Services Solutions and Brainstorm . He was co-author of a chapter entitled Lead Tracking by Web and Email that appeared in the XML Handbook -Third Edition.
