Paul Baxter joined Active Voice in February 2000 as General Manager of Active Voice's Asia-Pacific office in Melbourne, Australia. He was appointed Managing Director in October 2001. Prior to joining Active Voice, Paul served as Group Manager, Solutions Services for Optus Communications. From 1994 to 1997, Paul worked for Datacraft America as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, he held numerous positions at Ascom Timeplex, including Assistant Vice President of International Sales and Director of Marketing. Paul holds a certificate in Telecommunications Engineering and has completed extensive course work in sales and marketing.

Jeroen Engering joined Active Voice in 1994 as the Sales and Technical Engineer of Continental Europe. He has held a number of positions, including Technical Department Manager and Manager of Operations. Jeroen studied at the Faculty of Information Science and Technology (Haagse Hogeschool) in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Robert "Bard" L. Richmond is the Chairman of the Robert L. Richmond Foundation. Recently, Bard was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Active Voice Corporation, a leading developer and manufacturer of PC-based voice processing systems. A pioneer in the voice processing industry, Bard built Active Voice from a small, three-person operation into a 400 employee public company that won numerous industry awards. Active Voice was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2001. In 1994, Bard was named the "Northwest Software Entrepreneur of the Year" and in 1990, Teleconnect Magazine named him the "Telecom Person of the Year". In 1999, he was awarded the Presidential Service Award by President Clinton for his work with Community Technology Institute (Community Voice Mail). Bard is also a director of Streamzap, Inc. Bard graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA. with a degree in computer science and engineering.
