Mr. Griffith has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Activision Publishing, a subsidiary of Activision Blizzard and Activision's primary operating unit until the consummation of the combination of Activision and Vivendi Games, and Principal Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard since June 2005. Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Mr. Griffith served in a number of executive level positions at The Procter & Gamble Company, a manufacturer of consumer goods products, from 1981 to 2005, including President of The Procter & Gamble Company's Global Beverage Division from 2002 to 2005, Vice President and General Manager, Coffee Products from 1999 to 2002 and Vice President and General Manager of Fabric & Home Care-Japan and Korea and Fabric & Home Care Strategic Planning-Asia for The Procter & Gamble Company from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Griffith holds a B.A. degree from Albion College and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.

President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kotick has been a director and Principal Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard since February 1991 and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard from February 1991 until July 2008, when he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard in connection with the combination of Activision and Vivendi Games. Mr. Kotick is also a member of the Board of Trustees for The Center for Early Education, is Chairman of the Committee of Trustees at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tony Hawk Foundation.

Mr. Rose became Chief Legal Officer of Activision Blizzard in July 2008 in connection with the combination of Activision and Vivendi Games and was Chief Legal Officer of Activision Publishing from September 2007 until the transaction was consummated. Mr. Rose joined Activision Blizzard in July 1995 and held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Business and Legal Affairs Department since that time, including serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Activision Blizzard from April 2000 until September 2007. Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Mr. Rose was in private practice in Los Angeles from 1986 to 1995. Mr. Rose holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.

As a Senior Partner at SMP, Jim's responsibilities include product line strategy, branding, and business management for SMP clients. Jim has worked in sales and marketing management positions in the consumer electronics industry since 1973. His background includes management with companies such as CBS Inc., Mattel Electronics, and Bell & Howell. He has been marketing video games and software since 1982 in various companies: Vice President of Sales at MicroProse, First Software Corp., and as National Sales Manager at Activision to name a few.

Bill Black is an independent sound effects designer and voice-over producer who got his start with Activision. He now runs his own game audio services company, and offers help with acting, directing, producing, audio engineering, editing and sound effects design.

Mr. Rickwood is a music composer with over 15 years of experience and numerous game title credits for Cartoon Network, Activision, World Touch Gaming, Majesco, Capcom, and THQ. He holds a Masters of Music from the University of North Texas. Mr. Rickwood is a Board Member of the International Game Developers' Association Atlanta Chapter Advisory Board. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.), a professional non-profit organization established to educate the masses in regards to interactive audio.

Peter Thomas is one of Future Rhythm's certified Digidesign Pro Tools Instructors. With over 10 years of experience working in the music scene, Peter brings his expertise as a professional musician, recording engineer, and instructor to Future Rhythm. Peter started his involvement in music as a drummer. Peter has had the opportunity to perform alongside some of Los Angeles' finest jazz figures, as well as rock and pop acts. In addition to teaching Pro Tools at Future Rhythm, Peter also teaches the Basics of Recording & Engineering Class. Peter does freelancing both as a recording engineer and as a drummer, performs with several groups in the Bay Area, and works for Activision on the popular Guitar Hero video game series.

As Worldwide Executive of Music at Activision, Inc., Tim Riley directs all activities concerning the integration of music into the company's leading franchises such as Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk, Spider-Man and Call of Duty. With more than 16 years of experience in the music industry, Riley has brought established acts such as The Rolling Stones, Jay-Z, Beastie Boys and Johnny Cash to Activision's games, as well as award-winning composers such as Graeme Revelle. Riley has been at the forefront of industry innovation, including creating the appearance of artists such as Green Day's Billie Joe, Travis Barker and Snoop Dogg as characters within the games themselves. Formerly, Mr. Riley held A&R positions at some of the industry's top record labels including Jive, Giant/Revolution, Warner Bros., and Geffen. He has served as music coordinator the CMJ Music Marathon and is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, in addition to participating on the nominations panel for the music committee of the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences.

Mr. Kelly has held various positions of responsibility with Activision since 1991, including serving as a director of Activision since July 1995 and as Co-Chairman of Activision since October 1998. Mr. Kelly holds a B.A. degree in accounting from Rutgers University and a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. Corti has been a director of Activision since December 2003 and currently serves as chairperson of the Audit Committee. Mr. Corti has more than 25 years of experience at Avon Products, Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of beauty and related products. Mr. Corti joined Avon Products, Inc.'s tax department as a tax associate in 1976 and held positions of increasing responsibility in Avon Products, Inc.'s finance department throughout his tenure there. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avon Products, Inc. from 1998 until he retired from his positions as Chief Financial Officer in November 2005 and Executive Vice President in March 2006. Since June 2006, Mr. Corti has served on the board of directors of Bacardi Limited, a wine and spirits group, and, since January 2008, on the board of directors of ING Direct, a U.S. subsidiary of ING Group. Mr. Corti also serves as Chairman of the board of directors of the Avon Products Foundation. Mr. Corti holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Queens College and an M.B.A. degree in Taxation from St. John's University. Mr. Corti is also a certified public accountant.

Mr. Morgado has been a director of Activision since February 1997 and currently serves as chairperson of both the Compensation Committee and the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Morgado is Chairman of Maroley Media Group, a media entertainment investment company he established in 1995. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Warner Music Group, Inc. from 1985 to 1995. Mr. Morgado serves on the boards of directors of the Maui Arts & Cultural Center and New Milford Hospital in Connecticut. He is also a member of the board of managers of Nest Top, LLC, the controlling shareholder of Nest Family and Nest Learning Systems, a children's entertainment company. Mr. Morgado holds a B.A. degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu and an M.P.A. degree from The State University of New York.
