Mrs. Haley is the founder and executive principal of Acuity. Linda is a BICSI registered RCDD and recognized as an expert in cable infrastructure, outside plant, and physical security. With over twenty-two years of experience, Linda's background has spanned from the hands-on experience, to instruction, to design and project management. Linda's professional career began as one of the first female Installation & Repair Outside Plant Technicians in Southwestern Bell Telephone Company's Fort Worth West District. She then progressed to Senior Estimator for one of Dallas' largest installation contracting firms. In 1994 Linda further broadened her skill sets by joining Anixter, Inc. as their first Technical Systems Engineer supporting the central region of the United States. She has broadened her design & engineering, project management, and public speaking skills through a variety of engagements with Fortune 500 companies. Mrs. Haley's extensive background includes infrastructure design, RFP development, systems implementation, construction coordination, and on-site project management. Her specific areas of expertise include cabling infrastructure and telecommunications outside plant as well as physical security.

Mr. Haley is the Design Director and Senior Consultant of Acuity. David is a recognized expert and leader in infrastructure and data center design throughout the United States. With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Haley has a varied technological background. He spent a decade with Southwestern Bell Telephone with recognized expertise in voice & data systems, outside plant, and systems migration strategies. After working at SWBT, Mr. Haley assumed responsibilities for all telecommunications engineering and project management at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant for Texas Utilities. These experiences coupled with Operations Managment and General Regional Manager experience from a national cabling contracting firm and numerous years with another consulting firm gives David the vision for internal and external Acuity projects. David has extensive experience as a Consultant developing and implementing MasterPlans, Migration Strategies, Technology Budgets, Installation Sequencing Schedules and Campus Designs. Mr. Haley is also skilled in planning and designing specialized Technology spaces such as Data Centers, NOCs, production and R&D Labs including HVAC, electrical and Fire Suppression systems. As an industry leader, Mr. Haley is sought after as a speaker for organizations such as AIA and CLE as well as by major manufacturers for product development.
