John A. Meyer, age 52, is the Company s Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Meyer joined the Company in February 2008. From 2003 - 2008 he was employed by Alcatel-Lucent, a global communications network firm as president of the Alcatel-Lucent Services Group, in which position he was responsible for more than $6 billion in annual revenue and the management of more than 20,000 people. The group he led designed, implemented and managed some of the most sophisticated communications networks in the world. Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Meyer was employed for nearly 20 years at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), where he held a number of positions including head of the Northeast business in the United States and president of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1979 to 1983 as a flight commander, achieving the rank of captain. Mr. Meyer serves on the Advisory Board of the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Pennsylvania State University. He holds an MBA in quantitative methods from the University of Missouri and a bachelor s degree in management from Pennsylvania State University. John A. Adams, age 54, is the Company s Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and is responsible for directing the operational areas of the business which include the market facing industry units, Europe and Asia Pacific, service development and delivery, and information technology. He joined Acxiom in May 2008. Previously Mr. Adams was executive vice president of customer solutions for Eclipsys, a healthcare information software and services vendor. In that capacity, he was responsible for the company s outsourcing and hosting units as well as a number of administrative functions. From 2003 2004, he served as chief financial officer for Exult, Inc., a human resources business process outsourcing company that was subsequently sold to Hewitt Associates during Mr. Adams tenure. From 2000 2003 Mr. Adams served as chief financial officer and vice president of AT&T Business Services, a subsidiary of AT&T Corporation. In this role, he led a successful restructuring of the subsidiary s operations. Prior to that, Mr. Adams was employed by EDS for 15 years, serving most recently as vice president and controller, in which capacity he oversaw the accounting and finance functions for EDS worldwide. Mr. Adams, a British citizen, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a bachelor s degree with honors in economics from the University of Exeter, England.

Christopher W. Wolf, age 47, is the Company s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He joined Acxiom in 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of Acxiom s financial management. He has over 20 years experience as a financial executive and consultant to companies in the marketing, retail and technology sectors. He most recently served as an independent consultant, providing consultation on financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning to a variety of public and private entities. From 2005 - 2006, Mr. Wolf served as CFO of NiuTech LLC, an internet marketing services company, where he was responsible for the accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and risk management activities of the company. From 1996 - 2004, Mr. Wolf was employed in various finance and tax positions with Catalina Marketing Corporation, culminating in his service as chief financial officer from 2002 - 2004. He also served as executive vice president from 2003 - 2004; senior vice president from 2002 - 2003; vice president finance and treasurer from 2000 - 2002; executive director of tax, treasury and international finance from 1998 - 2000; senior director of tax and international finance from 1997 - 1998; and senior director of tax from 1996 - 1997. Prior to joining Catalina, Mr. Wolf served for 10 years as a tax manager and consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a certified public accountant and holds a master s degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina and a bachelor s degree in the same field from Florida State University.

Jerry C. Jones serves as Acxiom’s Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President/Assistant Secretary. He is responsible for the legal team, leads the strategy and execution of mergers and alliances, and assists in other strategic initiatives. Jerry came to Acxiom as an officer in 1999 from the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was an attorney specializing in problem solving and business litigation for 19 years, representing a broad range of business interests. Jerry is a member of the board of directors of Entrust, Inc., a public company, and the Arkansas Virtual Academy. He holds a degree in public administration and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law.

Leslie Hess joined Acxiom in September 2000 after serving as CFO for HCA Healthcare Systems and United Power. She has 19 years of experience in accounting and finance. Leslie has held senior management positions in a variety of industries including healthcare, utilities, manufacturing and government. At Acxiom, Leslie oversees Accounting and Treasury. Leslie holds a BS in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and is currently pursuing a Masters degree at the University of Phoenix.

Michael Darviche is chief marketing officer and senior vice president leading Acxiom’s strategy for innovation and transformation. His teams drive growth involving new products and services, markets, geographies, partnerships and acquisitions. Michael is responsible for the company’s global product marketing, marketing communications, sales support, strategy and business development activities. He leads internal change initiatives as Acxiom transforms into a global leader in interactive marketing services providing integrated analytics, technologies, data and systems. Michael has a diverse background in general management, marketing, information and digital technologies. Prior to joining Acxiom in 2009, he was founder and CEO of Flash Capital Systems, a data and technology customer-monitoring services company. Before that, he led strategy, sales and marketing for a division of Citigroup. He was also global managing director leading digital products and platforms at Marsh Inc., the largest global insurance/brokerage. Michael gained industry prominence as co-founder and general manager of Bigfoot Interactive, one of the world’s first e-marketing service providers, after beginning his career as a direct marketer at American Express. His background includes 20 years of business building, product innovation and large-company management. Michael received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree in economics from Tufts University.

Mr. Howe previously served as Chief Marketing/Business Strategy and M &A Officer at the Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM), a $1.4 billion annual revenue global interactive marketing services company. While at Acxiom, Mr. Howe had been responsible for building the company's Asia Pacific business, consulting business, targeted display advertising business and for managing the information products and analytics business. Previously, Mr. Howe served as general manager of the $110 million Global Marketing Services unit of Fair Isaac & Company. He was also instrumental in Fair Isaac's purchase of HNC, a software company at which he worked from 1997 to 1999. Before joining Fair Isaac, he founded and was chairman and CEO of ieWild Inc., a marketing applications "software as a service" company whose clients included leading financial services institutions. Mr. Howe earned a bachelor's degree with distinction in structural engineering from Concordia University, Canada, and he earned his master's degree in engineering from McGill University, Canada.

Shawn M. Donovan serves as Acxiom's Senior Vice President of Global Sales. He is responsible for sales and sales support operations across all geographies and industry verticals served by Acxiom. He leads the teams directly responsible for developing new business and supporting the growth of existing accounts through consultative, value-based selling. Shawn's responsibilities include hiring and developing world-class sales professionals, creating high-impact sales processes and employing diverse Acxiom assets to create mutually beneficial client engagements. Shawn joined Acxiom in early 2008, coming from Electronic Data Systems Corporation, where he served as vice president of Banking & Capital Markets for the financial services industry. In his 20 years at EDS, Shawn served in numerous sales and sales leadership roles and was often enlisted to create or reinvigorate large sales organizations responsible for billions of dollars in revenue. Shawn received a bachelor's degree in public administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. He lives near Dallas, Texas, with his wife and two children.

Gary Leung, a senior account manager for Acxiom's digital marketing services business, has also relocated from the United States to Singapore. Leung has been with Acxiom for more than four years and will be focused on relationship development for some of the company's key accounts for digital services.

Cindy K. Childers serves as Acxiom’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Cindy leads strategic planning and execution in the areas of business culture, organizational effectiveness, associate development, recruiting, human resources and corporate communications. Previously, she served as leader of the financial services business unit and oversaw all of the financial and accounting functions of the Company. She was first named an officer in 1996. Before joining Acxiom in 1985, Cindy was a certified public accountant in audit and tax for KPMG Peat Marwick. Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Allen has more than 30 years of management experience in Global Professional Service firms and is responsible for providing overall strategic vision, business development and leadership to Navigant Consulting Europe. Previously, Mr. Allen served as European Managing Director for Acxiom where he had responsibility for managing Acxiom's operations in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Portugal.

Jeff D. Stalnaker is the Principal Accounting Officer and Financial Operations Leader for Acxiom Corporation. Jeff joined Acxiom in 1995 and has served as the company's Financial Operations Leader since early 2002. For the previous four years, he was the Financial Leader of Acxiom's largest operating organization while also serving in a business development role for several key clients. Prior to joining Acxiom, Jeff was a senior financial analyst with a regulatory body and worked for a regional public accounting firm. He passed the Certified Public Accountant exam and holds a degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.

Jefferson D. Stalnaker currently serves as Acxiom's client services organization leader for financial services. He joined Acxiom in 1995 and was first named an officer in 2001. During his tenure Jeff has served in a number of roles in the financial organization, most recently as financial operations leader. Prior to that he was the financial leader of Acxiom's largest operating organization while also serving in a business development role for several key clients. Before joining Acxiom, Jeff was employed by the Arkansas Public Service Commission as a senior financial analyst. Prior to that he worked for several years at a regional public accounting firm located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jeff holds a degree in business administration with a major in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and has passed the certified public accountant exam.

Martin D. Sunde joined Acxiom in 2005 and serves as the client services organization leader for multi-industry.

Michael J. Lloyd serves as delivery management organization leader, where he is focused on providing overall delivery leadership for accounts across all Acxiom industries. Mike is also responsible for Acxiom's program management office and opportunity engagement process. He is a member of the Company Leadership Team and the Company Operations Senior Leadership Team, where he helps execute on Acxiom's overall direction. Mike was first named an officer in 2001. Since joining Acxiom in 1989 in a client services role, Mike has held a variety of leadership posts, most recently serving as client services group leader focused on client management for several large financial services accounts. Before that, Mike had both account management and delivery service responsibilities for multiple financial services account teams. He has also provided leadership on a number of enterprise-wide initiatives, including strategic account management, project management and leadership development. Mike holds a degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas.

Russ Mathews, Asia-Pacific sales leader for Consulting and Emerging Markets, has moved to Beijing and will lead the company's strategic sales efforts across the region. Prior to joining Acxiom's Asia-Pacific team, Mathews was a senior consultant with the company's Consulting and Analytics team.

Mr. Twomey was president of The St. Joe Company from 1999 until his retirement in 2006. He is currently a director and chairman of the audit committee of PartnerRe (NYSE: PRE), an international reinsurance company. He is a director of Prime Property Fund LLC, a privately held company organized as a REIT and managed on behalf of investors by Morgan Stanley. He previously served as a director of Doral Financial Corporation (NYSE: DRL) from 2007 2009, of Novelis from 2006 2007, and of Intergraph Corporation from 2004 2006. Prior to joining The St. Joe Company, Mr. Twomey was vice chairman of the board of directors and chief financial officer of H.F. Ahmanson & Company and its principal subsidiary, Home Savings of America. Prior to joining Ahmanson in 1993, he was chief financial officer at First Gibraltar Bank, a company owned by MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings. He serves on the board of trustees of the University of North Florida and is the chairman of the board trustees of the United Way of Northeast Florida. He holds master s degrees from Duke University and The George Washington University and a bachelor s degree from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Durham, non-executive chairman of the Acxiom board of directors, is president and chief executive officer of Cognizant Associates, Inc., a consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas, which he founded in 2000.

Dr. Hasselmo is president of the American Academic Leadership Institute – AALI (formerly Academic Search Consultation Service and the parent company of Academic Search, Inc.) in Washington, D.C. AALI is focused on leadership development for higher education and provides programs and grants that promote the success of college and university presidencies and the institutions they serve. Prior to assuming her current position with AALI/Academic Search, Dr. Hasselmo was vice president and partner in A.T. Kearney, Inc.’s higher education practice. From 1992 - 2001, she served as president of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. She served as a member of the board of visitors of Air University of the U.S. Air Force and as a member of the board of directors of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. She is past chair of the board of directors for Educational and Institutional Insurance Administrators, the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III President’s Council, and the American Council on Education’s Council of Fellows. Her memberships have included the American Council on Education board, the Arkansas Repertory Theatre board and the NCAA Executive Committee. She formerly served as dean of H. Sophie Newcomb College and associate provost at Tulane University. Dr. Hasselmo graduated summa cum laude from Lamar University, and holds a master’s degree from the University of Houston and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Texas A&M University.

Mr. McLarty is president of McLarty Associates, an international advisory firm (formerly Kissinger McLarty Associates formed in partnership with former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger), and chairman of the board of the McLarty Companies, a family owned transportation business. He serves on the board of Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) and IdleAire Technologies Corporation, a privately held company. He is also senior advisor to The Carlyle Group private equity firm and a senior advisor to the law firm of Covington & Burling. Mr. McLarty served in the White House under President Clinton in several key positions including chief of staff, counselor to the president and special envoy for the Americas, with over five years of service in the President’s Cabinet and on the National Economic Council. He worked with President Carter as a member of the Democratic National Committee, was appointed to the National Petroleum Council and the National Council on Environmental Quality by President Bush, and served on the St. Louis Federal Reserve Board from 1989 until joining the Clinton administration in 1992. Prior to his tenure in the White House, Mr. McLarty served as chairman of the board of Arkla, a Fortune 500 natural gas company. He began his business career with the McLarty Companies, where he helped build the business into one of the nation’s largest transportation companies. Mr. McLarty is a senior international fellow at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas.

Mr. Dillard has served as a member of the Dillard’s, Inc. (NYSE: DDS) board of directors since 1968 and currently serves as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Dillard’s, Inc. of Little Rock, Arkansas, a chain of traditional department stores with approximately 320 retail outlets in 29 states. In addition to Dillard’s, Inc., Mr. Dillard is also a director of Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS), and serves on the J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. national advisory and Texas Regional advisory boards. He served as the Company’s lead independent director for two years. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in the same field from the University of Arkansas.
