John's introduction to the industrial real estate arena started in 1985 as an industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., where he stayed until the formation of what is now PinPoint Commercial, in 1998, with a commitment to providing the highest quality real estate services to select customers and a primary focus on Industrial Real Estate Brokerage, Development and Investment activities. Today, as a founding partner, John's focus at PinPoint Commercial is leading the firm's investment and development activities both locally and in many other markets around the country. John is currently working on industrial, retail and medical related projects in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, Texas, as well as South Carolina and Florida. Mr. Thompson holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin.
