John has 20 years of finance, accounting and strategic development experience, working for technology and entertainment companies. Prior to Adapt, John was VP Finance at DreamWorks SKG, where he managed day-to-day financial operations for the company's Home Entertainment division. Prior to Dreamworks, he was part of a turn-around management effort at Tickets.com, where he successfully helped build the company's finance department and later facilitated the sale of the company. Before joining Tickets.com, John ran his own company, providing financial and strategic advisory services to venture capitalists and others as an independent consultant. Prior to that, he held management positions at Live365 Inc. (a startup streaming audio technology company in San Mateo, California), Sony Music and BMG Entertainment in New York City. John received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, and a masters degree in business administration (MBA) from New York University's Stern school. In his spare time, John enjoys golfing, scuba diving and playing the guitar.

Erica has been in the thick of the Online Marketing industry since 1998. Most recently, she was an independent search engine and Web marketing strategist for PacificSunwear.com and BusinessOL.com. Before that, Erica was Director of Online Marketing at SiteLab International, Inc., a leading SEM agency. At SiteLab, she managed the online marketing team and drove the strategy and execution of search marketing campaigns for SiteLab clients including TurboTax and Gateway Computers. Prior to SiteLab, Erica oversaw a range of online marketing efforts at online music site MP3.com. She managed Artist Products, conducting research and implementing cross-marketing ideas to meet key revenue goals. Promoted to Senior Partner Marketing Manager after MP3.com's acquisition by Vivendi Universal, Erica managed key clients' online campaigns and promotions on the VUNetUSA network. Erica also oversaw partner integration and promotions at CarPrices.com. Before making the move to online marketing, Erica coordinated newspaper and direct mail advertising programs for KB Homes at Dailey & Associates Advertising. She began her career at MGM Studios, assisting with nationwide promotions for films such as Get Shorty, GoldenEye, and The Birdcage.
